@Makeitstick-u8v thanks for the super quick reply and great info!! Don't get me wrong, they both look great, the left one is just closer to what I want to do with my own. What did you use to get the factory clear coat off, and what grit did you sand them with after charring? Unless you have videos on it, then I'll gladly watch them.
@Meight50five I just sand the factory varnish off, it's not thick. Then sand from around 80 grit to 200, then burn it if I'm going to, then sand from 200 grit up to 2000 then black stain, wipe off let dry then some rejuvenation oil.
Are those modified factory handles?? I love the one on the left.
@@Meight50five Yes. I burned them with a heat gun sanded, stained and polished. Appreciate the comment 👍
