The sample I had was a dabber though and dabbers often ruin a fragrance imo. From a dabber on my skin I got driving through the country, passing by a cow pasture...nothing else. If I ever come across my sample again, I’ll try it from an automizer.

Hey Ben, it makes sense to me that you used blue cheese as a descriptor to me. If Oud is a fungus then that is a perfect comparison. While I've not smelled this one, I've smelled a lot of her work and she is definitely a gifted perfumer! I own Cavatina which is lovely for Spring. I hope to purchase more of her work. Issara is next. Nice to see you again!

Hello, Robert 👋 I have an unboxed bottle of Oudh Infini and 6 samples of it. I don’t find it similar to Oud Palao. Oudh Infini is more challenging for me and quality is better. I have a bottle of Blessing Silence by The House of Oud and love it, it smells quite similar to Oud Palao, but I prefer Blessing Silence a bit more. To me Oud Palao and Blessing Silence are wearable and not challenging but very interesting at the same time, they doesn’t smell fecal to my nose. Oudh Infini is hard to wear in the first 1-2 hours, it’s like very natural smelling fecals or manure with beautiful flowers. DONT blind buy Oudh Infini, get a sample if you want, because you might hate it or love it. Opening of Oudh Infini is love and hate at the same time for me, very weird feelings 😂 For comparison, I don’t find Oud Maximus, Lao Oud, The Night, Al-Khatt challenging for me and love them all. Oudh Infini in the first couple of hours after spraying has the most realistic fecal smell I have ever smelled in fragrances, florals are amazing in it. Enjoy! Dmitry
