Invaluable or very very hard highlight

This vlog is about candle making and then I launch into a bit of a story time talking about one of our neighbours who was invaluable when it comes to my house because she had to agree for us to build my house and if she did not agree, we might have had trouble building it because of the property line and the reason why I launch into that story in this vlog is because I was thinking of giving her a candle.
