I’m pretty much a itagaki loyalist when it comes to NG but I do like sigma 1 although I’ve only played it a little. Karma running eternal legend was actually one of the funnest things (and also extremely frustrating) I ever did in black, eventually scoring 13.4 million which very well may be the third place score. But karma running it in sigma looks like a friggin nightmare
Just curious but why is that? I’m trying to do my first MN karma run on story mode I ended chapter 1 on 604K but it seems to be like this is going to be much more challenging to get a good score by the end of it
@@selfhatinghick3770 I don't know... I've done karma run's of NG04's, NGB's, Sigma's, NG2's, NG3's and Razor's Edge's story modes. Also the Chapter Challenge of Sigma 2 and RE. But I've never karma ran any of the Mission Modes in any game.
Why does black look so much better?! Damn. I also put both videos next to eachother and started at the same time to compare. Really good comparison this way!
Beautiful display, clever showing the difference between NGB and NGS. Just one question: did you try ->Y HoldY Y on the berserkers after they transformed? Or does XY work better, cuz I never tried DS only. I fully agree that berserkers on NGS are harder because of off-screen attacks, but hey... a benefit always comes with a penalty, just like corrupted bonecharms from Dishonored
Thanks, Julius :). I did my best (for the most part, I was a bit lenient with some fights). I haven’t played Dishonored. Hmmm. No, I never thought of trying that against Berserkers. It could work better, I’ll give it a shot next time I play NG1!
After playing NG Black on Xbox Series X and the Master Collection when playing NG Black on 65 inch 4k TV you can see the aliasing and baked in lighting while NG Sigma on the Master Collection has real time shadows and almost no aliasing but NG Black I swear Ryu just moves faster or something because I run through like 5 enemies without getting hit but in Sigma enemies are somewhat less spongy but Ryu feels kinda slower causing me to take more damage but it could just be me
Hm. Well, purpose of this video isn’t a graphic comparison, but I’ll take your word for it. Far as Ryu actually being slower, it’s a toss-up. I don’t think it’s been tested.
@@Grayson1048 I feel like the Sigma versions on the master collection have some type of small animation delay compared to black but on PS4 Pro and PS5 their doesn't seem to be a problem but the master collection on Xbox seems fishy even some reviewers kinda mention it
This dual challenge run was originally streamed on my Twitch in the afternoon of June 23rd, 2024. Black was recorded first, then Sigma.
Increíble bro pasárselo en master ninja en ambos juegos
doing god's work
Haha :)

Nice man, keep up the good work!
I wouldn't know about karma running it in Sigma, I don't karma run the Mission Mode of either game.

Great vid Grayson 😎 really interesting comparisons
Thanks man! Glad you enjoyed. It’s not really an in-depth comparison, but I did try to go farther than just aesthetics and the like.

I think it’s the bloom! Sigma is way too bright.
Thanks for watching and for the compliments! :)
