Something that makes me feel happy is taking a break from electronics and taking a walk at my local park. Being online can sometimes make us feel sad, and unhappy, so disconnecting for a little bit always helps me feel better ❤
It is so important to take breaks from online! I do the same thing :)

@@omb57 either way, im not going to therapy i do NOT feel comfortable talking to random people about my personal issues in life; my friends are good enough for me. especially bc one of them is extremely depressed.

There are a lot of things that make me happy. Here are three. 1) you, obviously. 2) making videos and bringing entertainment for others. 3) giving compliments. Making other people happy will always make me happy.

What makes me happy is having my work (artistic, written, or general) be appreciated + acknowledged. I'd love to see a second season of the Happiness series. It has a very grounded and realistic feel to it that's relatable.
When I always fell down I communicate with others like family or listen to my grandparents'stories or sometimes watch UA-cam 😊😊
