Bought a couple of my favorite records at Plush. I feel sad that future kids will never experience life before the internet. I miss me and everybody else not having phones, was relaxed and mellow.
That’s great to hear. Plush was great. It’s so true. They have no idea how nice it was to discover things organically, to really get away from it all and all the other joys of the pre-internet / smart phone world.
My time in Madison is so foggy,...I recently got my records back from a friend who was holding onto them for me for many years... and realized i got a lot of them at Plush... can't remember buying a single one but this helps lol! Great post, this is awesome. Where was the store exactly?
That’s amazing. Loved Plush. It was on State St. next door to Hüsnü’s across and down a bit from from that plaza next to Urban Outfitters. It’s probably all torn down and different now.
