First of all BT is an adopted son to CJ's dad. So 101% BT bears the same full rights just like any other kenyan citizen. (No one can do anything to him! He's home). BT should stay strong and distance himself with Ssejo completely to avoid drama.

I've unsubscribed from ssjjo because he lied and that's a deadly lie he could have cost BT his life because people don't like to hear about pedophiles who lure young girls and misuse them, someone could have listened to ssjjo and take action, they go hire some goons to beat him up or even kill him and it's not good to put those types of allegation on social media. I applaud your efforts to mediate between the main parties involved in the squabble. Many appeared offended by Ssejio's arrogant attitude as "guardian of the village" when he shared the names of 2 utubers HE feels have a right to build homes there. Given his views, he and his wife need to RETURN EVERY PENNY they have acceped from DONORS living outside of Nyabohanse that he admitted aren't worthy of buying land or living in said village. His bitterness and jealousy towards non villagers seem to run deep and wiil take a lot more than ONE meeting and a few videos for him to regain the respect I once had for him due to his early videos. I'm yet to hear him apologize for lies he has spouted nor have I seen him helping ANY of the utubers out beyond transporting 3 of them to a few places outside of Nyabohanse. Thank you for mediating guys. As a subscriber when I realized there were negative vibes in Nyabohanse, I just ran away. I did not want to ruin my day or days. Most times the people we follow do not even read the genuine comments written. In the end when you get disinterested you jump off the wagon.

That is the way some villages, or families, deal with such issues. They expect a man to formally approach the family. The problem is that many people no longer follow their culture so you don't know who still follows the culture and will react negatively. Sometimes the reaction may depend on who is involved. I remember Ssejo saying that he is the one who "stole" his niece from the hospital and brought her home. Maybe this is the same lady. I remember asking the Nyabohanse youtubers to let the visitors coming to the party about their culture so as to avoid any clashes. I don't think they did it in detail. Maybe they thought they would scare the visitors away which I don't think would have been the case.

This is why I think people should try to know each others' culture and no judge each other by their own culture unless it is a situation where there is an extensive exchange of ideas so people can make their own decision on whether they need to change or not. When you say that Ssejo stopped paying his niece's tuition, that is a common story that I heard growing up. When someone is paying your fees, it may not be that they are rich, they are usually denying themselves something in order to do so. If you show them that their sacrifice may not bear fruit, they will cut you off. A common phrase I would hear was "do you want to get married or do you want to complete your education". I haven't been watching Ssejo of late so maybe some of this may not apply, but some people react to issues according to the cultural practices they were brought up with. The only problem we have is that people tend to conveniently picjk when to invoke the culture so reactions become unpredictable.

Listening to Pablo and Ssejo's account of the matter, I was convinced that BT was in grave danger. I felt their anger and rage, and I was very fearful for BT. @@onyarijackson.9574 a warning in every situation is a threat. How one perceive a "warning" is also very subjective. You might perceive it lightly while another will see it as threatening. I believe he is highly aware and he has the gift of discernment. He knew what he felt and he called it. It was not a "harming title" but it was his way of alerting the world. We later learn via Ssejo that BT life was in danger. In his video he talk of squeezing him with great anger while clenching his fist and grinding his teeth. He also called him a refugee and an outsider. Names that show his hate. Further, he falsely accused him of sexually perpetrating an under age girl which we learn after is 21+ years and is a cognitively and emotionally developed young woman who has completed form 4 and is in university. This in it self is a damaging accusation with grave consequences. I believe that BT believed that his life was in danger and only survived their wrath because he was proactive rather than reactive. If he had not posted that heading to alert his subscribers the outcome would have been different. If he had "shut" his mouth as you suggest no one would have know about the "warning" and Pablo and his violent brother would have had the time to do what ever they want. After the conflict resolution meeting I asked Pablo if BT's safety and security was guaranteed in the village, he deleted my comment. Having done that I don't believe that he means well. Sure he is, but if the breakup is perceived to be his fault and unjustified, he will be better of moving on with a person whose family does not know about it. Maturity and intelligence are very valuable qualities needed in a good mediator. Resolving conflict takes a long time . . . it is a longer process that can take days or weeks to work through and resolve. It requires the mediator to say how a things is and not hold back . . . one has to be open and forthright without any biases. Min Hawi has tried, and how successful she was will be seen.

Marwa has introduced me to Nyabohanse when he went home in November, 2022 from India. I fell in love with the village and I have been there ever since virtually. I applaud your efforts to mediate between the main parties involved in the squabble. Many appeared offended by Ssejio's arrogant attitude as "guardian of the village" when he shared the names of 2 utubers HE feels have a right to build homes there. Given his views, he and his wife need to RETURN EVERY PENNY they have acceped from DONORS living outside of Nyabohanse that he admitted aren't worthy of buying land or living in said village. His bitterness and jealousy towards non villagers seem to run deep and wiil take a lot more than ONE meeting and a few videos for him to regain the respect I once had for him due to his early videos. I'm yet to hear him apologize for lies he has spouted nor have I seen him helping ANY of the utubers out beyond transporting 3 of them to a few places outside of Nyabohanse. I now know what some possible reasons might be for his LACK of interest in seeing them prosper.

Thank you for mediating guys. As a subscriber when I realized there were negative vibes in Nyabohanse, I just ran away. I did not want to ruin my day or days. Most times the people we follow do not even read the genuine comments written. In the end when you get disinterested you jump off the wagon.
If anything happens to BT in that village, Ssejo and his family should be held responsible. Ssejo is evil. No matter the outcome of this peace agreement, BT should distance himself from Ssejo and Pablo because they are still planning evil against him.

That is the way some villages, or families, deal with such issues. They expect a man to formally approach the family. The problem is that many people no longer follow their culture so you don't know who still follows the culture and will react negatively. Sometimes the reaction may depend on who is involved. I remember Ssejo saying that he is the one who "stole" his niece from the hospital and brought her home. Maybe this is the same lady. I remember asking the Nyabohanse youtubers to let the visitors coming to the party about their culture so as to avoid any clashes. I don't think they did it in detail. Maybe they thought they would scare the visitors away which I don't think would have been the case.

I come to realize that some young men like BT need guidance, at first I myself felt as though he was being arrogant and tooting his own horn. Then I started realize Bt was like a child that accomplished so much at a young age. @mini hawi this situation is not done with. Did you watch ssejo video? Another hot mess he and pablo put out their niece and stop paying her tuition n helping her now. So we subscribers can stop donating to them too. ssejo is talking bad about his own sister n mentioning nasto dead sister. this is a mess. I unsubsidized from both Pablo and Ssejo channel. I thought was different his brother but i see they're the same. I will stop donating them too. Shame on them for bring these lies to social media. This is why I think people should try to know each others' culture and no judge each other by their own culture unless it is a situation where there is an extensive exchange of ideas so people can make their own decision on whether they need to change or not. When you say that Ssejo stopped paying his niece's tuition, that is a common story that I heard growing up. When someone is paying your fees, it may not be that they are rich, they are usually denying themselves something in order to do so. If you show them that their sacrifice may not bear fruit, they will cut you off. A common phrase I would hear was "do you want to get married or do you want to complete your education". I haven't been watching Ssejo of late so maybe some of this may not apply, but some people react to issues according to the cultural practices they were brought up with. The only problem we have is that people tend to conveniently picjk when to invoke the culture so reactions become unpredictable.

This is not about culture it about donation.. and a big donor of Bt who was paying pablo to manage Bt property and donating money to ssejo cut them off. They are blaming Bt for it. Ssejo keep bring up donations. It funny how their sisters and other nieces don't have a problem with Bt. Marwa manager is their sister and daughter who just doing youtube don't have a problem with Bt.

@onyarijjackson.9574, I believe that that title was accurate and justified. . .he was fearful for his life. Have you heard Ssejo's video on the issues, even the one he has made of the meeting. It shows that he will not let bygones be bygones. He has also cut ties from his niece and sister. He also displayed his hatred of BT by calling him a "scavenger" a very demeaning word to describe another human. Listening to Pablo and Ssejo's account of the matter, I was convinced that BT was in grave danger. I felt their anger and rage, and I was very fearful for BT. Ssejo's anger in delivering his first video where he speaks with anger and promises to :squeeze" him shows a threat of violence; and suggest that BT was in imminent danger. If you examine the language (words), mannerism and tone he used . . .he was angry. He felt that he was overstepped not just by a young man . . .but by a "refugee" who dare wants to get into his family. Pablo also held the same sentiment of his brother. Anyhow in the end Ssejo says he has cut off ties from his sister and his niece. This action to me is a reflection of their authoritative attitude towards their woman folks; and they both hold that value. They should rule . .they dictate whether they are less intelligent than their females. Anyhow that's my take. They actually was attempting to take over her guardianship over her child and or children and take conservatorship over her. @@onyarijackson.9574 a warning in every situation is a threat. How one perceive a "warning" is also very subjective. You might perceive it lightly while another will see it as threatening. I believe he is highly aware and he has the gift of discernment. He knew what he felt and he called it. It was not a "harming title" but it was his way of alerting the world. We later learn via Ssejo that BT life was in danger. In his video he talk of squeezing him with great anger while clenching his fist and grinding his teeth. He also called him a refugee and an outsider. Names that show his hate. Further, he falsely accused him of sexually perpetrating an under age girl which we learn after is 21+ years and is a cognitively and emotionally developed young woman who has completed form 4 and is in university. This in it self is a damaging accusation with grave consequences. I believe that BT believed that his life was in danger and only survived their wrath because he was proactive rather than reactive. If he had not posted that heading to alert his subscribers the outcome would have been different. If he had "shut" his mouth as you suggest no one would have know about the "warning" and Pablo and his violent brother would have had the time to do what ever they want. After the conflict resolution meeting I asked Pablo if BT's safety and security was guaranteed in the village, he deleted my comment. Having done that I don't believe that he means well. I strongly believe he and his brother truly hates "foreigners" particularly those who come in and buy land and build houses.

Sure he is, but if the breakup is perceived to be his fault and unjustified, he will be better of moving on with a person whose family does not know about it. @XI-gc1cp369, you nailed it. . .I could not have said it any better. Mediation requires objectivity. It also requires one to be able to speak freely free free from any repercussions and impartial. Maturity and intelligence are very valuable qualities needed in a good mediator. Resolving conflict takes a long time . . . it is a longer process that can take days or weeks to work through and resolve. It requires the mediator to say how a things is and not hold back . . . one has to be open and forthright without any biases. Min Hawi has tried, and how successful she was will be seen.
@@MinHawi I am not judging . . .Nyabohanse and its human challenges has been open on UA-cam and to the world for several years. Marwa has introduced me to Nyabohanse when he went home in November, 2022 from India. I fell in love with the village and I have been there ever since virtually. I admire Marwa . . .I admired his goals, ambitions, and his strength of purpose. I have also met many UA-camrs that year, @Burundian Traveller was one of them. I loved his story and I followed him. Like Marwa he too has what I call the "Likeability" factor on UA-cam. A person might be able to develop it but it is generally a gift that you were born with.
Having said that I don't know any of you "too much" but as a subscriber, and coming from the Caribbean I can identify with you all. Like you, I was brought up as an African child in my house hold. I learned that my great grand-mother's (whom I knew) mother was born in Africa at a very young age. I have always identified as an African. I just wanted to share that. It was my hope that being in this forum and community we could both learn from each other. We do not have to know each other "too much" as you stated, but we could start a dialogue by just meeting and getting to know each other. UA-cam and social media in general is a great place to facilitate inter-cultural understanding, particularly. as people with the same experience.

People with varying levels of knowledge in several areas of thoughts, ideas, intelligence, and expertise . . . but many of you do not make the best use of that knowledge.
