Cutie Marks aren't just combinations of their parents cutie marks, it's their *OWN TALENT* I just had to get it off my chest. *I KNOW THIS IS AN OLD VIDEO*
The logic between the cutie marks is kinda flawed. I mean isn't a cutie mark supposed to be a representation of a special talent that pony has. In other words why would their cutie marks be the combined combined cutie marks of their parents. Just an idea.
Update: So I still think that their cutie marks shouldn't be just a mash between the parents but something similar. Like Twilight's. Her mom has stars and her dad has a moon so Twilight's is a "different" looking star. Still just my opinion.
