Episode 4. In this episode, our ambassador Lena takes William out to the mountains to cook and it looks like he enjoys it ... the food. Lena Flaten is a mountain chef and runs the restaurant Flamman's pantry in Storlien; Jämtland - all ingredients come from local partners and sustainability is core for Lenas cooking.
