  • Leaf's Odyssey is a grid-based orthogonal stepping game, featuring bump-combat, room clearing, puzzly mechanisms, and an unusual journal and map system:

Another new game release where I'm making an effort to jump on the bandwagon early and do a little bit of promotion where promotion's due. This is a puzzle game released just this week by @adiener , with some fairly clear inspiration from DROD and other thinky-steppy games featured on his channel, but putting it all together in a nice neat package.
This seems to be an evolution of the Throw Rock engine, and its ability to modify terrain, move entities around, and make stuff interact, but beyond that modest description, I'm sure all of this is going to be put together in genius ways I can't even imagine yet.
So, in summary, to repeat myself:
ThemsAllTook is a cool person and you should give him all of your hot drinks.
If this game looks interesting to you... you should buy it! It's good! I like it!

"Time and space are interrelated. This is the wisdom that ferrets know" cracked me up quite a bit. Great pace and great commentary.

The location "0,0" corresponds to the initial starting screen. You'll notice how its location is actually 0,0,0, which mean's that the initial screen is in the middle of the three dimensional map.

I'm so happy to see you play this! Your insights are always fascinating to hear. Looks like the game brought to you a perfect natural stopping point right when it needed to, so it's nice to see that work out.
