Game looks interesting and I don't want to sound nitpicky but... "Laudanum hit" for an increase in damage and attack rate? It's almost like devs nowadays just use fancy words they hear around without ever double checking. Laudanum is a depressant and a sleep aid. Seeing it used as a stimulant irks me to no end.
Imagine having a smoke bomb called 'Lantern', an increase in health labelled as 'Poison' or a Rapier called 'buckler'. Because that's the level of mismatch in meaning.
