..in fact I don't have experience in stock market details .but your explaining everything from the scratch.. therefore it's easy for us to understand smoothly.
Watched this video again because of ACL share split . Since there is no affect to marker cap, keep holding is better, since ACL is good share. Am I correct...?
when the companies are spliting their shares, how can we konw about that?? Suddenly price down in long range is a one thing.. Others?? Anyway you are doing super job.🖤💐...
Thank you for simplifying your explanations so that it’s easy for beginners to understand as well. Could you please explain what does minimum tick size mean? Thank you!
Minimum tick size is the minimum price change (up or down) allowed. In CSE it is 10 cents. So any stock price can go up or down by a minimum of 10 cents
Thank you. Very important. I like to know more about Divident shares and impact to x shares and normal shares after the issue. What is the result if we buy buy x category shares..Thank you
mostly what we see on trading platform is either N or X (Voting or non-voting). But there are some other codes like W for warrants etc which does not have a trading liquidity. Another example is R for rights
(😆 😆😆Nice logic, I wonder why companies didn't realize it). By the way, for a split you need to inform the CSE with a notice period as it is a disclosure requirement. I'm also stunned with this split, that is why I named it as "unbelievable split" in my video title because it was actually below the CSE tick size of 10 cents immediately after the split. Now you can see trading price of 20 cents and probably due to the lost "Price sensitivity" principle that I explained in the video.
Yes True. No idea what was on the minds of BOD, May be, to increase the market capitalization by way of relative increase in share price as I explained in the video. Obviously the price sensitivity is lost

P/E does not change because both numerator and denominator both get adjusted by revised shares. But EPS does.
@@investorthink Ah got it... Thanks much for this information. Good luck bro !
@@investorthink can you further explain ? When number of shares increase , eps can be changed so when eps changes it does cause for p/e doesnt it?
Thank you very much Sir.
Good content
Thank you very clear
Well explained
Thanks 👍
what is the best move I should make for this share?
Thank you. Very important. I like to know more about Divident shares and impact to x shares and normal shares after the issue. What is the result if we buy buy x category shares..Thank you
I hope you mean non-voting shares. we will discuss detail your request
@@investorthink thanks a lot.
Not even non voting. I have seen there are some shares with symbol and the letter x to the end ( instead of N they have put x)
mostly what we see on trading platform is either N or X (Voting or non-voting). But there are some other codes like W for warrants etc which does not have a trading liquidity. Another example is R for rights

එහම නැත්නම් Split rules තියන්නේ NAP වලට. market price එකට නෙමේ...

Dear, Is there any place to study previous spilts on share.CFIN.N.
And how we know these kind of splits before companies done.
CSE publish the announcement well before such a split as it is a disclosure requirement.
You can find info of previous splits when you go to the company details under announcements of CSE website.
@@investorthink Thanks and good Luck
The Question is 1÷4500 = 0.066 cents. ..
But tick price is in the trading 0.10 cents

Why does a company buy shares of other companies? Investing in that clmpany itself is more profitable than investing in other companies, isn't it?
