Yeah they were pretty young when they debuted with only Yeonhee and Juri being considered adults in Korea and now only Dahyun is still underage. I feel like their music is slowly maturing as they are getting older also respecting their age for their concepts. Also yes it's a single album but there's 2 b-sides it you interested, I loved both specially Beep Beep. Golden Child also had a comeback just 2 weeks before this Rocket Punch comeback with "Replay" in case you missed too! I think you will also like their song.
Rocket Punch finally had two comeback in a year (four if you count the Japanese comeback) and both of 'em slap hard whether its title tracks or b-sides. If only woollim did a good job promoting them, cause they only announce this comeback nine days prior resulting alot of fans outside their core fandom not aware about this comeback. Well thats woollim, amazing songs bad promotions.
20K is OK but not even as good as "Ring Ring" did (roughly 25K). Unfortunately Rocket Punch are at the mid-point of their contracts and having a really hard time breaking through - compare to groups like Purple Kiss (35k-40k) or Billlie (80k-90k). They have got the songs, the visuals, but what they don't have is anything that really makes them stand out in a very crowded field.
@@choerrycola7666 Absolutely agree; Woollim does very poor pre-release promotion, especially compared with groups like Billlie and Purple Kiss. Not saying that the company needs to create intricate lore or 15 minute story films, but just SOMETHING to grab attention and get people interested in advance of the comeback would help a lot. I am quite worried that Woollim are turning Rocket Punch into the new CLC - and not in a good way. Like CLC, Rocket Punch are a fantastic group that their devoted but small fandom truly love, but it's been over three years since debut and the group hasn't broken out of nugu status. There's no realistic option these days of getting a first win with sales of 20K. Comebacks are expensive and 20k is not a level where the company is making their money back. It's not too late by any means, but Woollim HAS to step up and get their act together for promoting Rocket Punch (outside of Japan, where they seem to keep growing due to Juri's popularity there).
Yunkyung and her red hair wrecked me good in this MV lol. Feel those white background brought out her red hair I think. Plus I love rocket punch new song, It's so good.
This is also one of my favorites this year along with Chiquita. Also,the single album has 2 incredible bsides! Ive been obssessed with moon prism since its release.
my jaw dropped, their MV quality jumped became really really good, and the drop is just soo satisfying. should be in my fav list along side with Chiquita.
Finally! I've been waiting for this! Thank you! You said every single thing I had in mind about the cinematography of the MV and now I wish people appreciated it even more. This is without a doubt their best MV yet, you can even say, might be their best title track. You might want to watch their choreography video too and listen to Flash's bsides because they are amazing too.

I'm really happy for the girls, they're doing pretty well on sales AND DESERVED. This is the type of songs i love the most, where there's not any predictable thing so the song's always going up. Not to be annoying PD, but i'm still wondering when are you reacting to Xdinary Heroes's comeback "test me", along with the mini album. It REALLY hypes you up, all the songs, the meaning and the way they're arranged just make them feel WAY better. They're having another comeback on November, but I sincerely hope you give a look to their first comeback. They also have live performances for all the songs with lyrics!! Flash is such a good song!!! I think this song really made me want to get into Rocket Punch. Could you react to IRRIS who debuted in July. They've put out three music videos for the three songs on their debut album over the last three months (the latest one being BYE BYE premiering today actually). All of the music videos are extremely different in a good way and really shows off the talents of their creative team.

I really loved this comeback but woolim really needs to promote their artists more completely missed it on release until I saw them on music bank a few weeks later and today they released a full Japanese album that I also knew nothing about

Their discography is sooo good, they never miss with their tts they should be way more famous than they are 😭 at first I was taken aback by flash but the very next day I was *obsessed*, I believe this one of the best comebacks of the entire year for sure!

The girls killed this last comeback. Their vocals, visuals, stage presence, dancing, facial expressions, everything got stronger. I'm so proud of them! Flash was such an amazing comeback i can't even explain how happy I am that it looks like woolim is actually putting some effort into the girls! Now they just need to learn how to promote them properly. Once they do that I think the girls will be on a better path. The members held up their end, now woolim needs to hold up theirs.
I kinda waited for your reaction to them and yeah same, Suyun's part was my fave it's just so mesmerizing. The mv was something new and fresh to watch, kinda unique from the usual kpop mv be it high budgeted or not.

actually woollim is very good at producing a song, it's just that they are stuck when they have to promote their artists:/ Flash is actually a good comeback, but woollim is too sudden to announce it :/ Not only the title track, their b-side song is really good too! (My favorite is Moon Prism) Golden Child also made a comeback two weeks before Rocket Punch with the title 'Replay' and that was good too. And Drippin! They comeback in June with the title 'Zero' and has a good quality mv! *Tmi, Woollim made a different intro for each music videos this year and it's pretty good
Would really love if you could go back and check out ONF's Your Song since you seem to have missed that too, but I know that you love them! I think it's super touching how the boy's recorded the album before their enlistment so they could release something for us Fuses while they're gone and they did that with such a beautiful song and also had announced the release on their debut anniversary which just made it all the more special

Would really love if you could go back and check out ONF's Your Song since you seem to have missed that too, but I know that you love them! I think it's super touching how the boy's recorded the album before their enlistment so they could release something for us Fuses while they're gone and they did that with such a beautiful song and also had announced the release on their debut anniversary which just made it all the more special
