The song by camouflage "the great commandment" is proof of them being a part of the dark wave gothic subculture. In fact if I am at a so called goth venue and request the great commandment and the DJ doesn't know the song....haha...wow. I personally cannot imagine a goth club without the likes of camouflage, moev, echo and the bunnymen, specimen, the tear garden,current 93, Chris and cosey, coil, cocatau twins, this mortal coil, dead can dance....etc being played or to me that wasn't a goth venue. Lol
