Eeehhhh, dunno if I would agree with the choice for Reaper, imo, the power difference between Reaper and like 90% of the other bells is whack. It is a fair point that you're "practically belless", but if you're fighting literally anybody at all in a gank or you're fighting a 2+v1, if you don't have Reaper, you're not getting kills, and you will lose. In a game where every fight is practically going to be a major jumping or at the very least a 2v1, the ability to ensure someone dies the moment they are knocked and also grants you extra health after getting a health pack OR to assist in a gank to keep up the momentum of a fight is POWERFUL, and no other bell can offer that kinda power. In a gank with multiple allies and enemies, you NEED at least 1 Reaper or you're not winning the gank, it's an incredibly deciding factor in fights. The only time this may not matter is in 1s, but when was the last time you were able to run 1s without someone jumping in anyway..?
Tbh some of the bells here got a low ranking when they should not have, preservation is not a good bell but for trackstar builds you can easily steak knocked people which you never brought up, wind up is mid but it is just free damage and a free auto grip move so it deserves a bit more then b tier, payback isn't that good in pvp but in pve it is the easiest S tier ever, corrupted gravity field being lower then normal one is legit diabolical and some other problems, but opinions varry between players and generally the list is ik so ig it's all fine?

Corrupted wind up is broken. It auto grips its free damage and basically is a free reaper and only needs to be winded ONCE. (auto grip can’t be parried L) it should be near top of A tier. Change my mind.
something to keep in mind after testing with skeleton key spikes are a variant, not based on corrupted corrupted doesnt seem to do anything super specific, just a ton of stat boosts (more doors on average, much larger doors, stuff like that) unless i rolled a variant for it or they shadow changed it, instead of needing to be behind the door to throw it forward on recast, you can be at any range and hover ur mouse over it now, its actually kinda helpful in some steplay scenarios, i just wish it threw the door always in the way facing away from you instead of always the set direction of when it was placed. otherwise its a very high skill curve bell to get use out of it, not entirely worth it imo but really fun
There are other ways to use the bells, I prefer tp, using it to bring alot of people to one place for a gank or to get out of one, also fun to troll with since you can move monsters with it, you can also use it with bait, if you activate the bell and jump off last second you can send unwanted followers to somewhere undesirable like a whirlpool as said in the video

Its utility vs use. Do you want to travel the map in less than 5 minutes or do you want to escape most fights for free?
in my opinion combat is always better cause it can save you from void walkers and save you in ganks and everything else that can mess you up
