dyroth is the exp monster for 1 v 1 In early game ... So if u go against him play little safe cos he can burst u even at level 1 2... I suggest u go with a bit sustain hero but at the same time that can deal damage like arlot ,lapu ,khaleed

Bruh if u r stuck in low rank n r sometimes facing 2 exp laners just pick a good sustain exp laner n hug ur tower as much as u can while just clearing minions , don't overextend n only fight them when ur team rotates that's all there is to it...

Best fighter that can kill any enemy in a 1 v 1 fight. Those wondering how to counter balmond in rank, this is the best hero to counter it 1 vs 1. Nothing, not even aldous can defeat dyroth in a 1v1 . I have played 4000 matches in total, and I can tell, other than yin, most heroes will lose to dyroth in a 1v1.
Back when I spammed dyrroth, I always had trouble against Argus and Masha inspire. Argus ult means he can't be bursted by dyrroth, and argus can chase with his passive. Masha's 3bar hp is too much for dyrroth to burst down instantly. Masha can also chase hard with her movement speed and corrosion scythe core item.
They both got reworked recently though, so I'm not sure how they fare against dyrroth now.
this yu zhong should clear the lane of minions before dyrroth, so he would have the advantage of lvl2, and dyrroth being lvl1, yu zhong could combo dyrroth and easily kill him

bruh this yuzong was nuub, he kept running at every damage but pro yuzong user would have just killed you at lvl 1 fight due to his passive damage.
Yz cant kill dyrr level 1. dyrroth has lifesteal with enhanced basic attack passive which he can abuse on the first minion wave. You saw that fight yourself.
Dyrroth's wave clear at level 1 is also faster than yz, so he will hit level 2 before him. If yz didn't run back to turret he would have died to dyrroth's enhanced skill 2.
