Sorry to be dim, my Finnish brothers and sisters, but I'm not understanding the joke. Could you please explain it to a comedy nerd from the UK?
Is the joke that the guy is drunkenly, over-dramatically, suicidally upset about some problem with his wife/girlfriend, that he's making a big fuss outside the house but it turns out it's his neighbour's house. Is that it? What's the issue with his wife?
And then he continues his tantrum by putting himself in an ice-hole, and the neighbour just brings out a order of pizzas his family want him to pick up. Is that it?

The whole thing is basically just one long joke. It's a parody of Finnish movies, which tend to be about drunken idiots wanting to kill themselves.
It's a little difficult for non-Finns to understand. Our sense of humor is... weird. :)
