Because japanese is a very gender specific language. The Kanji used for imu are all male Kanji these Kanji have never been wrong in one piece in over 1100 chapters. Not for a single character. Nowhere in the story does it hint at imu having an artistic devil fruit.. we literally see imy tranform into some sort of dragon.. Like do we just forget everything?😭🤣
