My mother-in-law has been on dialysis and I can tell u for a fact... Wife has to go and be following up to make sure stuff are done... One time she was not able to go for dialysis and the reason was elevator malfunction... Who keeps patients on high rise buildings and doesn't provide a wheelchair or stretcher access ramps...
They're because there' are cameras everywhere and they can loose their job and go to jail
