The fighting has nothing to do with it. He has lawsuits for a couple other things including sexual assault and a lot of people are under the impression he had the people he owed money to get him from cuba to america killed.
I don't think it was fair to say he stuck his elbow in on purpose. Pretty clear he didn't expect it to run in on him. Still though, he had no reason to get mad about it.
