It's been raining all day, but now a thunderstorm has arrived in the evening. You can see the lightning behind the mountains. The thunder is quite loud, but the cat isn't bothered by it, it's used to it. It rains and thunders very often here in the mountains.
Make yourself comfortable on the sofa by the fire. There's a coffee ready for you and a few books.

2007 Gen 1 KLR 650. I've done much of the Arizona and California BDR, Death Valley, Anza Borrego, Route 66, PCH 101/1. All for alot less money then the bikes featured on this video. It's fine at 75/80 MPH on the freeway so I don't have the speed these do but I'm pleased that when I meet up with riders of these faster bikes most of them admit they haven't done as much as I have. And I do it all with a smile on my face.
