Please guide me the best way to manage inventory, where our company sends inventory to our Dealers (customers) to display stock on their (Dealer's) showroom. When Dealer's Customers visit their showroom they give orders for displayed Item. Then the dealer send us the same order and we dispatch the goods to the dealer and enters sales in our system.
Question, how to send and keep invnetory with our dealers for display stock (where we own the stock)? (we keep on changing invnetory for fresh arrivals as well) we do not want to book sales at this level.

You can create a different warehouse with a location for each dealer. That way you can see what stock you have in your main warehouse and what stock you have in the dealers warehouse. In the dealer warehouse create a location for each and set the location as their default on the dealer/contact record.

The setup will be different because purchase orders will be triggered to set off the intercompany transaction. The setup can be mostly automated automated.
