so erm , what you can do is like make jiraiya take away the body of tsunade to mount myoboku where she gets healed with the help of the toad oil or master fugasaku can contact tatsuya(tsuande summoning) to heal her but tsunade stays in a coma for years cuz of fatal injury and instead of hiruzen dying to lil pedochimaru, he survives and acts as the hokage for 5 more years and danzo becomes the hokage when hiruzen dies in pain attack AND tsunade comes back during the kage meeting when danzo dies to sasugay and everyone knows about the truth
I'll make a one shot after this of Itachi being the mc and it'll be an orignal story, after that I'll do either Naruto as shisui's brother or Naruto as a hyuga
