Ngcobo is not good defensively, he's only good with passes and starting play but in terms of hid defensive duties he's not good, he can't deal with one on one and he's very slow. At Swallows Letlabika complemented him and Letlabika was the one doing the dirty work, commit fouls and gets cards then Ngcobo would come and clean the mess. He failed at chiefs and that's where it ends. He wouldn't have succeeded at downs still, Valdo is similar to Him in terms of play but Valdo is better than him and still didn't play when he got to Sundowns
