Any students going for higher studies in any Schengen country, better study the language of the country, to make life easier in general. Also, knowing to speak, read, and write the language helps a lot in job hunting ( even as a student). Coming and studying here does not guarantee and job or a resident permit afterwards. Remember, there are other students as well from other Asian, Africa, and South American countries, who also are tough competition, because many of them speak the languages of EU countries. Also, companies prefer to recruit their own natives, which is easier and less complicated for them. Unemployment rate is not decreasing these days, with inflation, housing crisis etc. i am in Belgium past many years! I know the job market and current scenario here. Of course very highly skilled people are in need, especially from India, and other Non EU countries. Also medical workers, specialist doctors are in high demand. Best wishes to all students!

Bro! You go to study in any Schengen country, it is very important to know the language of the country if you are searching for a job afterwards. Job is never a guarantee after studies, especially with a permanent work contract for Non EU citizens. I am living in Belgium past many years, and I speak read and write Dutch quite fluently! Otherwise I would not have a job of my choice
