My first granddaughter was born this last August and I sure hope that she will love crafting as much as I do. Unfortunately, she loves in California and I am in Ohio!! Thanks to you and Lila for sharing your talents with us!
I miss crafting with my little boy. He's 14 now and customizes diecast cars instead of papercrafting with me. We share a craft room and work side by side. I am thankful.
My granddaughters are 3 and 5. As soon as they come in our house they say “Let’s go craft!!” Makes me so happy.
I'm so proud of Lila. She did a terrific job on her handmade tags. Afterall, her mother is one of the best designers on the planet.
I love that you and oyur daughter craft together! It makes me miss crafting with my kids. They are both adults now and we created some great memories crafting together!
My granddaughters LOVE to dig into my supplies and make their own things. Last year I had my 11 yr old granddaughter for a week. She's very artistic and loved my prismacolor pencils and discovered gamsol for the 1st time so I bought her her own largest set, gasoline and the works. She went to town, digging into my stamps, making her own cards and coloring them and I gotta say she is amazing at blending!
So fun for them and me!
Nothing can replace crafting time with children. I started as soon as mine could hold a pencil, paintbrush. I held crafting parties for their class. We did so much. Now they are 21. I can wait but I'm ready when they have children to do it again with my grandbabies.
Loved seeing those little hands creating. I craft with my granddaughter who is 5 so when we glue things we say “dot dot not a lot” . It helps….some! 😉 Great job, Lila.
Loved you and Lila's video. She is such a good crafter. My kids always enjoyed crafting with me. They still enjoy getting my handmade cards. My youngest is almost 25 and loves to craft when she has the time and energy. Precious memories.

My daughter is 2,5 years old and she loves helping me "rolling" with my Big Shot when I am crafting. I can't wait until she is like Lila S2!!! Great to see it!

Jennifer, thank you for sharing Lila with us. It is so much fun to watch her create and see her results! She is adorable. It reminds me of times I crafted with my boys when they were small. They always enjoyed stamping and coloring with me. Had die cutting been around then, they probably would have enjoyed that more. I can't wait to use this fun kit to make cute tags and cards. It wonderful that you do this with her and that she wants to do it with you, it makes me miss when my kids were young and we did art and craft together , I must tell them to hurry and give me grand babies to play with. I love to make tags for my nieces and nephews with a giftcard pocket on the back. Then they can hang them on the tree as an ornament to open Christmas morning.☃️🌲

Lila made me laugh out loud with the amount of glue she was using. I run school holiday card classes for a group of 11 year old girls. It doesn't matter how many times I tell them they're using way too much glue they just keep doing it lol. But Lila did a fabulous job for a 9 year old. She has a great Mum/teacher.
I truly believe the best part of our jobs is to share our love for crafting alone with our children. Beautiful Christmas tags! Tfs! 😊

Another idea about using print paper for the pieces. I'm also thinking dry embossing, or even heat embossing the pieces. My Santa die has embossing on the beard, so dry embossing, then putting the die back on the beard and tracing the embossing openings with a Versa marker in the spaces, then heat embossing with white.
I loved crafting with our daughters, now our grandkids. Our 8 yo grandson loves the glue, too!! His 11 yo sis has a better handle on it, now.😊

Seeing Lyla was the icing on the cake. I love to see children crafting. When my grands come over, it's one of the first things they ask for. Later when they've gone home and I am putting stuff away, I look at any creations left behind, and save many with little notes attached about what we talked about that day. Priceless memories
I enjoy cleaning up after our grandkids crafting (what they don't get all up.) I leave supplies out, and they know to just put the stamps in a dish to be cleaned, and the dies in another dish. Gramma knows where go.😊 They like to craft while waiting for our other daughter to get here for our Christmastime. I love watching them, if they want me to. Sometimes, they like to work in secret.😊🤫

Wonderful tag ideas! I especially love the stamped tags and the dots on the hats and scarves! So many great ideas! And seeing Lila as part of the video is so darling! I think it’s wonderful that she loves to create too! She did a fantastic job!
My grandson and I make something together for him to give to family every Christmas- ornaments,scarves , sock snowman. We’ve been doing this since he was around 4 and now he’s 16 but still wants to get together and create. I love it!
Your daughter is gorgeous 😍 I love crafting with my oldest daughter (5). She enjoys going through my craft drawers to find the right colours, and her favourite thing is cranking the die cutter 😆

Events going on in our community these past 2 weeks have been unbearable. These videos have been the best emotional band aid ever! Christmas, glitter, gifts to others, but best of all is unquestionably LILA and most especially her quick to evaluate thumbs up! This has made my week and given me hope.

These tags are adorable... Watching Lila I was smiling the whole time. My grandchildren love my craft room and know how to use all the tools ... but I do hide the guillotine trimmer so no fingers are lost. Truly a joy to watch a child craft!

It can be hard for kids because they want to give but don’t have the resources, but with a crafty Mom/Grandma/relative they can make things….which is what us adults LOVE! ❤️ I ordered this yesterday, so excited to get it. Two of my granddaughters were here in July and one sat on the end of my bed and the other at a tray table next to me, while we stamped and coloured and crafted together ... it was such a blessed gift to my heart! ❤️❣️❤️

We all need personal time to regenerate. Family is important especially when you have children. Don't ever apologize. Your daughter is an absolute gem. She did an amazing job. She's learning from a great teacher. The time you spend with your children doing any kind of activity will be something they will cherish and remember for the rest of their life.
