Sumoguri's craft is honestly amazing. It's really its that 'alien/otherworldly scifi craft' vibes with how it's designed and operates. That dive and rotation to arrest momentum and more or less hover was a thing of beauty.
there’s an upper limit for where you can put rooms and all rooms above are sent into storage, so they placed a room half above, half below the limit and since the rooms are fixed in place after ending the building the rooms that where attached to the “ghost room“ float
Actually, you may wanna pack a whole bunch of rockets, because there is no air for the fan-shield to push against in space... let's hope Koroks don't need to breathe, either... Also, looks like the Majora's Mask aliens have returned!
I have a similar Lynel-killing platform but it's literally one hover stone with a sled at a diagonal on the front to provide cover. Everything else went to weapons.
I actually never had an issue with Mucktorok. Granted I never did the refights, but the Water Temple fight wasnt too hard. For me it was Queen Gibdo...FUUUUCK that fight
The refights are harder, because there's no low gravity, hence you can't enter bullet time or jump over the mud and just arrow spam mucktorok. SPOILER WARNING for post regional phenomena below! You can just get on and jump off mineru to enter bullet time, but still, mucktorok is hard to hit nevertheless.
Bosses from easiest to most difficult I'd say -Colgera, Seized Construct, Gohma, Mucktorok, Queen. Mucktorok is so annoying in phase 2. I always need to create a water weapon and then even if you hit him he just goes into another muck puddle 😅 It gets pretty time consuming too. Queen Gibdo ye... I feel like if you got enough Dazzle fruit it's really not so bad. Just flash the mobs, ignore the shrooms and focus her.
My brother had trouble with it, so when I went to the water temple I prepared ahead and made some hydrant shields and an Opal Rod. The opal rod really put in major work.
1:21 - what i think's happened the tower has been made as both a test for the upper limit on the house build boundary box (glue one atop another, then lift the bottom section to slowly add more rooms under) then, as a measurement tool, they glues rockets to the floating rooms, launched them up, and once the rockets vanish and the rooms are below the upper limit (i don't know if they would be lifted higher and have to wait for them to fall?) speak with the guy to set the build as complete. He'll judge the parts in the current position and freeze them you can find similar by rolling triangle rooms (or fusing them into a circle) down the hill and having him "inspect-freeze" them it's how you can get rooms to be set at weird angles... and i guess flying
I like the Lynel farming rig at 3:26; the maker could lose both side sleds, angle the top sled downward at 45deg & attached the construct heads either at a 45deg off the sides of the lower sled or at 90/180deg off of the vertical sides of the front sled to save on parts; could also lose the cannon and handle the armor of the last silver manually or with Yunobo to save on battery as cannons are very draining - I use a hover stone based auto build one for when I don't feel like putting in the effort: One hover stone, a rocket to launch it up @ the middle of the arena (ultra hand doesn't lift it high enough to be out of the range of Lynels "roar"), two carts for arrow protection (sleds would also work, but carts have more right angles/flat surfaces to work with), two construct heads w/15 beam emitters (can't recall exactly how many, I built it a while back, it just lives in auto-build, but 15 feels right to hit the device limit); I also wear Zonai armor due to battery drain. The good news is that your battery auto-refills after each Lynel death in the arena, so battery capacity is only an issue at the silver and silver armored Lynel (I break it's armor manually, the device does not) I just pop a couple small charges for them and/or do some damage myself and I'm solid. I want to try a build using the unbreakable component from the left leg depot; I think I can auto-build some sort of cage/ring, with 8-10 beam emitters & a cannon outside of the range of the roar to encase/trap the Lynel and let the beam emitters & cannon do the damage, all I have to do is use ultra hand to drop it over/around a Lynel - less fuss, way less battery use, and I can wear Deity/barbarian armor and do damage from just out of range unfussed if I feel like it. Honestly though, I like fighting them myself, yeah I have the sages wills floating around, but I'm working on my dodge/flurry rush & parry skills for the fun of it, also, I have fully upgraded Deity & barb armor sets so I don't really need the drops anymore, outside of silver stuff for fusing. I'm playing around with fusing strong weapons specifically for when doing Lynel mounted attacks, and fusing stuff to *a certain sword* for *reasons I won't mention to avoid spoilers even though the game has been out for a few months now & I don't want to ruin it for the LOZ fans that just don't have the time to put into the game due to life reasons and/or are putting certain story aspects off due to personal choice like I did, or the people that legitimately haven't been able to play it yet, like how I didn't play BOTW until ~3 years ago, and am just now playing skyward sword HD on switch, after which I will start Twilight Princess on Wii for the first time ever because I missed that game and console, and then I'm going to play Windwaker in a totally legal manner once I figure that totally legal manner out, because I missed that game and console too while I was putting myself through college and getting my career started, and my family started, and just dealing with all of that "life" stuff* I started playing LOZ in 1987 on NES, I played every mainline game through OOT. I have not played Majoras mask yet; it came out after I stopped playing console video games due to time/money/life constraints see also: putting myself through college) I did play PC games sporadically (adjusts eyepatch). I was at an engineering college, we knew the network better than the network admins, so we had massive campus-wide LAN parties, it was mostly FPS stuff (CS, COD, UT etc.) D2 was also popular in small groups as well (players8 baby!). Then I took a looooong break from gaming; there was some random Wii sports time post-college, but it was primarily bowling; enjoyable but not very skill intensive. I only started playing video games again ~3 years ago thanks to my son asking for a switch; easily my favorite hobby/pass-time, and my love was rekindled immediately. For the most part, it was like "riding a bike" for me, I was immersed in BOTW, I played other games (SMASH BROS BABY!) and now we have nearly 30 switch games, but modern open world LOZ was/is just... amazing, and basically what I've wanted ever since some random dude in a cave gave me a sword in the late 80's. EDIT: holy smokes, that build of the day... I haven't tried to break/glitch the game, but it looks like I have to finally steal/break some of those lightweight fences from the right leg depot loose to play with; I just really enjoy sandboxing my way through a sandbox game.
Point of order: Fans wouldn't work in space, due to the lack of atmosphere to push against. We gotta give those koroks a reasonable and effective means of propulsion, after all.
Sure, they had a undecayed royal guards sword with a gibdo bone which has a 40 fuse power the royal guards sword was on ots last hit which means 10+55=65 65/0.95=~68 42+68= 110 110×2×2×1.5=660 is the damge and 1 hits a moldoga
Okay, the claymore itself gets a power boost when it's about to break. The Gibdo Bone attached to it has a high attack buff but low durability. When wearing the full armor set that he has on, any bone weapons wielded get another attack buff which combines with the claymore buff to create a very strong one-use weapon. I think he also got a crit, but I'm not sure about that one
How do you make floating House in Tarrey Town? I wish I knew about that Lynel farming device. I was unable to get Majora's Mask because of how difficult it was. 3:35 I only see 8 beam emitters not 10. I wish I knew about the sprinkler device back when I fought the boss.
Yooo, the mucktorok fight I tried doing the same (using water fountains spinning to keep it from attackin) but its health bar never decreased no matter how many times I hit it. Has this happened to anyone?
If you put 2 stakes in the ground one of the stakes at a 45 degree angle facing the other stake then bring them close and use ultrahand to fuse them together then take them out it spins pretty fast and I have an idea for powerless flight for this one where you put the stakes under a propeller from the geminik shrine and a wooden wheel under the stakes that may give you power less flight if that doesn't maybe add more stake on top of each other that may work I would like to see builds use this and this may be a huge breakthrough
Yhe lynel built is nice but there a small weakness 2 first the lynel will if ever loss interest leave going away from ranged and its within ranged of roar that can destory it i suggest (bec i did my own farming way) yoy need that to be higher to be safe also careful for sometimes if gate close it vanish so save before building
Spoiler I juryrigged a similar Mucktorok ass-kicking machine during my run of TotK. One of my roommates called it the most Yiga Clan-looking build he'd ever seen. It consisted of two bars made of two logs each attached to a horizontal big wheel on top of two levitation slabs (in retrospect I should have used a stake) with two hydrants and a beam emitter on each bar. I only had like four batteries worth of power at most so I kept it charged with the large zonai charges (the fuck else was I gonna use them for?)
I did the teleport glitch for the Lynelle's but, put them in the wrong one so 12 muddlebuds later one kills the other and then the last one was just fighting the sages i was like wow i dont have to do anything so i popped up some corn n watched

How tf someone make a flying house
Idk
Hover stones and batteries probably
im guessing either hoverstones or just ending building while its falling

zonai lasers have ionic thrust capibilities
aka point 4 of them at a prop on a wooden wheel bearing and you can achieive flight
Koroks don’t need to breathe! They are immortal!

It’s just a shit ton of attack multipliers like low durability and attack up food+a very well fused weapon
