Cool theory but there is one flaw York is under garling and with Saturn's failure he will most likely have a tighter grip and more restrictions on York allowing her the bare minimum of resources

How I think it's gunna go:
1. Blackbeard uses Garp as leverage.
2. He helps supply food and supplies to the CDs while allying with them against the Rev (blackbeard already forced the Rev to flee from Baltigo).
3. He uses these two things to get into mariejois with incredible favor.
4. Kills Imu (who the public doesn't know about) and takes their power (now he will have the 3 fruits: strongest logia, paramecia, and mythic zoan).
5. Has Pizarro fuse with the Red Line.
6. Takes the ancient weapon Uranus and Pluton. Uses York to supply an energy source for them.
7. Now he is basically unstoppable.
to the 4th point
we have no idea if imu has a Devil fruit or any other kind of power, same with the elders and their powers.

How can you be sure that BB is unaware of Imu if he's possibly carrying the will of Xebec? Xebec surely knew of Imu's existence, the entire reason he was trying to overthrow the WG to begin with.

Blackbeard could find out about Imu from Wapol in exchange for protection from the world government.
Wapol is not a friend of the Straw Hats, and doesn't know about ViVi's connection to them. Wapol is only with ViVi because he saw Cobra killed, and She was his best guess on who he could trust now that he knows Imu exists.

Wapol is more business man than villain after his defeat, cover story, and all his appearances since. I highly doubt him joining a pirate's side while as rich as he is, even if he's being chased by the world government where he is now. If Imu/Gorosei aren't targeting Big News Morgan after Guernika taking a picture of G5 Luffy and sending it to him for Bounty Poster purposes, and even updating Big News Morgan on what bounty to give him, they aren't going to be going after him anytime soon which makes Wapol very safe in his current predicament.

I want both IMU and Blackbeard to be the last boss somehow. They're both so intriguing and powerful. I dread the disappointment in the storylines closing one after another and having only one version of these great theories being shown.

I like this theory. And great job with the evidence leading up to the conclusion. At some point it makes sense to have some way to be fighting all over the world, but I’m not sure how the logistics would work within the story or how Oda would make it work. There might be more to it if the world floods. Why does it matter who is in charge unless you take the redline from the Celestial Dragons? Yeah, it would be chaos, but not really threatening to a world that’s about to flood those prisoners anyway.
The way I see it is that there are six forces fighting for the world. 1. Luffy (Chaotic Good), 2. Imu (Lawful Evil - Garling and the Celestial Dragons are probably more Neutral Evil), 3. Blackbeard (Chaotic Evil), 4. Dragon/Revolutionaries (Neutral Good), 5. Marines (Lawful Neutral/Lawful Good), 6. Cross Guild (Chaotic Neutral/Chaotic Evil) - then there is Shanks which is probably True Neutral or Neutral Good….. I was going to go somewhere with this, but stopped writing midway and forgot what I was trying to say lol. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT. 😔 .. I think
There is 1 flaw of Blackbeards long waited plan is that when Catina touched Saturns spider like legs and they left Satrun died by Imu, so Imu is very likely aware that Blackbeard is after his throne so he replaced Saturn with Garland so that Teach cant use Catina's DF powers to even touch the holyland.
Except BB could stage a world broadcast where Catarina turns into Saturn and states BB helped him escape a death by the Marines after years of good service, thus throwing the world into further chaos with a Gorosei saying that the WG betrays even it's most loyal leaders and a 'bad pirate' helped him escape certain doom.

Im still wondering how all of this will tie in with a third devil fruit. Blackbeard has some special lineage and has been shown to be very calculated, but what makes him especially terrifying is his inhuman body. He doesn't sleep, is incredibly durable and can eat multiple devil fruits. There are 3 skulls on his jolly roger, and there are the three main devil fruit categories. While 3 is also just a way more satisfying number, it would make more narrative sense to get the third fruit. Pre haki and marineford, logias were seen as unstoppable, and then bb got his logia. The whole arc of marineford Whitebeards fruit had been hyped up, which made bbs possesion of it so impactful. It seems like bb would use this devil fruit stealing ability more than once, so a zoan would only make sense. Wano showed a ton of formidable zoans, with kaidos fruit being hyped similarly to wb. Im wondering if bb will steal kaidos fruit in wano, or possibly another hyped zoan. If imu has the moon god fruit or dragon has the storm god fruit, it would be awesome to see bb steal those as a part of the final war, cementing him as final boss status.
the hype Oda is building using this Blackbeard character is really insane. The readers know just enough that this is one character posing a threat, but we can only wonder what kind of threat, how he's gonna execute it, what's the ultimate motive behind it, and how's this gonna affect the main character.
And this has been building up for so many years now, yet there's so many unanswered questions: who's them that Luffy and Zorro mentioned back in Mock Town, how did he managed to assimilate Gura Gura no mi and why the black cloth cover, why is his ship named saber of Xebec, etc.
also interesting how the same knife he used to get the gura gura from whitebeard jesus tried to use to get the fire fruit from sabo in dressrosa… idk why oda would have the same knife being used in the same manner twice if the knife wasn’t a big part why he can take people’s devil fruits…
Caribou is going spill all the beans and Blackbeard will call an audible on his plans yet again and just reroute. I definitely see BB and the revs fighting. Burgess and Sabo already have murder beef and plus BB is the reason why they had to relocate anyway. Things are going to get wild!

I think Blackbeard will be able to become a king and he will be accepted into mariejois not because he is so clever but because Imu is seeking blackbeard to use him as a vessel instead of his current vessel. Imu is seeking power to fight Joyboys reincarnation. Blackbeard will get possesed by the demon that is possesing Imu, blackbeard will get his third devil fruit being; mythical zoan type: Akuma.
I think his main idea is being the celestials black market dealer now that they can't get what they want. Whether it's food or slaves he can give them what they want. Ultimately he will have van auger step foot on mariejoa so he can teleport the crew there. Once that happens he can invade mariejoa with full force. His plan also likely involves getting a full map of mariejoa for his invasion. He can easily get some greedy celestial to give him that information by promising to give him everything they want.
Perhaps a greedy celestial like York.
One thing I think is an interesting concept is if Pizzaro can use his fruit (or if he awakened it) to assume control over the entire red line.
He can hypnotize Shiraoshi.
The "Throne War"
Blackbeard taking Pluton would invalidate Zunesha's mission of helping to open up wano. I think Luffy will need Pluton and get it at a critical point of time when Momo will ask Zunesha to open the walls. Blackbeard will mostly take Poseidon by hypnotizing Shirahoshi.
I would like to see Wano using Kairouseki bullets againts blackbeard pirates

And also i dont see that the anicnet weapon is a actual ship, but most likely a living being instead since i believe Momo's grandfather was missleading Robin or anyone elses location since he is likley very much aware of easedroppers who might be wanting the ancint weapon like Caribou for example so i belive real anicnet weapon is likely Momonosuke than JUST A SHIP since Momo did command Zunishia to destroy Jacks fleet back in the Zou arc so i think Zunishia is the ship.
I'm curious as to who the final villain will be. I think Imu will be the final big bad like how Madara came out of nowhere in the end of Naruto while Blackbeard will be like Obito. Or possibly even like how Kaguya came after Madara. The one the protagonists are gonna think is the final obstacle in their way before the actual boss steps in.
Madara never came outta nowhere. Hes been foreshadowed all the way back when nine tails first brought up his name and technically even more further back with the statue in final valley. Hes been built up for years. Kaguya on the other hand was the one that came outta nowhere

If there really is a devil fruit tree up in Marijoa, that might even be the place where Blackbeard gets bis third devil fruit. And knowing Blackbeard he most likely has a powerful mythical zoan in mind.

So in summary. Black beard will have pluton. Imu will have uranus and liffy will have shirahoshi. And staw hats, Blackbeard and imu's crew(the goroseis) are the perfect mirror to each other. Feels like the final war will be a 3 ways war. Luffy wants to become the pirate king. Black beard want to be king of the world. Imu wants to control everything in the world as imu is currently doing. Furthermore, each has their own fleet. Luffy has grand fleet with some quite powerful members. Blackbeard has his impel down prisoners and his own fleets. Imu has the marines and admirals.
The final war is going to be quite something alright.

but even if Teach has some masterplan for ursurping the empty throne, i can´t see anyone from the navy or even the holy knights being willing to protect and defend their new "ruler". they might not openly oppose him at first, if he is able to pull some tricks to even mess with someone like Akainu. but they will work very hard to be as slow and inefficient as possible to sabotage his short lived regency.
or maybe Blackbeard can conquer the throne only after Luffy kicked Imu´s a$$ets which would mean that the "empty" throne suddenly has lost any importance and no one really cares about that piece of furniture and it´s inhabitant any longer.

various theories have me expecting BB to sneak up, get a hand on Imu, and deactivate his devil fruit and BOOM - Gorosei dead (Imu was keeping them alive), Imu dead (Op-Op fruit's power disappears when BB touches Imu), thrones empty, and BB settles down. A full page spread of BB sitting on the empty throne in Pangaea castle while his captains spread out among the 19 weapons would go SO HARD
