My biggest takeaway from the video was probably the fact that I need to retarget and nurture existing customers and really focus on building a known brand instead of fishing for one off conversions. The things you mentioned like building an email list via different capture methods and adding things to the site such as new arrivals and best sellers was pretty useful. Great video overall with heaps of useful info. Thanks Chase!
My biggest takeaway, definitely increasing page and overall site speed. Always noticed Shopify kept saying my store is slower than other stores. Never really appreciated how big of a difference it makes!
Thanks for that insight. 1 to 2% conversion rate for startups sounds lousy to me, because i know i need at least 3% to just break even. I now have that, but i'm still not making any profit. Conversion rate is number of visitors divided in number of sales. If you have only 30 visitors a day because the market you are active in is very small, a conversion rate of 3% will probably result in one sale a day if you are lucky. If you are in the US with millions of potential customers, you can make plenty of sales with a conversion rate of just 1% or even lower.
My biggest takeaway is increasing my site speed and the segmented offers, anyway chase could you tell us what are the requirements to get to the one on one ads mastery mentorship?

Over 14,000+ sessions, zero sales. But then I exported the report and looked deep into it, over 90% bounce rate. Still in the initial stages of doing the onpage SEO, etc. Learning on the go with very minimal budget. Hence, have to learn the skills and work it as I go. What a challenging journey
I'm an enterprise customer of Debutify. I don't like it, it's not a true 2.0 theme esp on the product page. Support is US time zone and very delayed. I had the site go out for 12+hours outage due to a plugin issue. I am using Foxkit Minimog theme, thats way way better. In fact it's the best theme and it's just one time purchase, support is Swift and they actually do dev customisations for you. I am paying $150 p.m to Debutify. It's not worth it. I have purchased your FEM course Chase. I respect your stuff. Cheers

Hi Chase...How do you suggest applying your process for an online restaurant? Desire to attract alumni of a university (target market attended the university over the past forty years....The school newspaper referred to the restaurant as a " Legacy " of the students ...Objective- reconnect with 35-65 age group that would recall their college years. ...We're currently have difficulty converting views to sales on Shopify ....31 left in basket over the past thirty days...Few sales.
Absolutely! Reviews validate that customers like the product they received and it gives a different perspective from the customer rather than from the brand. This can help potential customers decide whether or not the want to purchase.
I think my website is clean wiht good pictures, and I have a few reviews, but my conversion rate is under 1%, usually around 0.6%. I am not sure what I'm doing wrong 🤯
i have a new store its seems imposible for me to make a sale...i think if you dont have your own group to share, sharing on other groups seems like spam, no one its really interested...im sad
Keep it up ive been at it for months with many sites but have yet to receive more than one sale. That one sale has kept me going. Its a true learning process.
Don't get to hung on on conversion rates. I do 500k a year on ebay and I have a conversion rate of .5%...yes that is half a percent, and I have been the #1 seller in my section for nearly 20 years. Who cares if your conversion rate is 100% if you only sell two widgets a year. Its all relative. If your making 10 cent profit per widget...you better have a very high sales volume regardless of your conversion rate. If your making $10,000 profit off a single sale...you can have a very low conversion rate and very low sales volume and still get rich. Money at the end of the day will trump conversion rate all day long.
Ebay is different because that traffic is provided by eBay since they are a marketplace. If you run your own store you need a higher conversion rate because most businesses are paying for their own traffic.
