These "understandings" are the very intent of the biblical writers. It is a long series of metaphor and allegory which must be personally or psychologically interpreted. The Bible makes perfect sense to "inner-man" the true self. The authentic desire to "know" is fulfilled by feeling after it.
I agree it's a manual operation of the mind of God in man. It's a book about you and a book about me.
Then you are walking the word...thus one's actions are the deeds of truth. When Unligned persons destroy others, their consciousness is blinded by admiration of their intitlement self. I AM learning Acceptance, Tolerance & Truth Blessing to all. May we walk, after stumbling in the darkest of spirit

Deep gratitude to you Brian for delivering these precious lectures! I am sure each honest truth seeker will find something which resonates with his seeking. For me , I can see the same concept there ( only delivered in different wording) as in the vision on the “Divine Pymander” The Thinker can not exist without his thought and descends into the state of material existence. That which is undivided knows not it’s own unity unless it passes through the experience of a parent diversity and discovers itself. That’s what is meant for me when I hear N. Goddard’s statement: “ God became man, so that man can become God”
I often wonder if god made himself first & many things happen that couldn't have been recorded. An much time went by. God forgot, so he wanted to remember. So Jesus came about somehow.

I heard Nevilles lecture on he, himself betraying the Messianic secret which I’ve never heard any other teacher confess, and expound upon, I felt his pain, when he passed, I understand that to care enough to teach a downloaded intimate message, is internal war that is not rewarded with riches and a perfect life free of struggle and heartache. First of all, Jesus is a metaphor second no one kills him. He said I am the one that lays my life down, and I am the one that picks it up. No one has power over him.
my impression of this is… very empowering… and this whole soul journey-ing within the understanding of this earthly dimension, is such an immense undertaking, that we truly need lots of empowerment and validation…. it’s so extraordinary difficult for so many that i ponder the cruelty they suffer and it causes me distress.. how can those in such great suffering, float merrily down the stream as if in a dream..??? i endeavor to be at my best however my heart is greatly grieved.. the suffering of so many weighs heavy on me.. and every explanation i have heard for it, brings negligible, if any, relief.. my constant murmerings and prayers are for peace, kindness, abundance, fairness, joy and health upon this entire earth.. for all humans to be kind, respectful, helpful and encouraging..

The pattern that Jesus 'fullfilled' without sin (missing the mark) in the OT is the exodus from Egypt to Solomon's temple..
We all will start in Egypt and cross the red sea (baptism) to be tempted to not keep the law in the wilderness..
Then in the promised land be tempted to not 'love his neighbour as himself'..
Finally tempted to not 'die to self' and rise (born again) from the cross renting the curtain into the holy of holies..
This is to forsake all and follow (imitate) Jesus within.
Stephen enraged the judges for showing the pattern that Jesus fullfilled from Egypt to Solomon's temple. Concluding with 'The most high does not dwell in temples made of hands'..
To this day, their final pilgrimage celebrates sukkot (in each families tabernacle)..
Pesach (wilderness)..
Shavuot (promised land)..
Sukkot (Solomons temple)..
Again, it's the last candle to be lit on the menorah (the complete spiritual man)..
Moses gave them the pattern 'as above, so below'.
Moses' tabernacle (below) consisted of 3 sections to enter & 3 levels to step up to:
Outer court (law)..
Holy place (love)..
Holy of holies (risen in Christ)..
One must leave behind the outer court (law) & step up to enter the holy place (love), and leave behind & step up to enter the holy of holies (born again)..
The tabernacle (law, love) is 'the way' to Solomon's temple (new Jerusalem)..

Judas was enlightened. Judas was the only Apostle who got the message. The whole story is pretty much about Judas, he is the hero. If people can't understand that then they are also lost like the other 11 apostles

In my small opinion. (Unrelated to the lessons here) I think the betrayal of Judas means, he could have accomplished so much more but he fled from that path for a little money.
