In general, a properly adjusted belt will sit slightly above the secondary clutch. However, belt thickness can vary so we recommend using the method shown to adjust your belt. It will ensure the belt is adjusted to specification regardless of what brand you are using.
I just went through this. Just drill the bolt and use a extractor to pull it out. Second option. Pull your secondary and pull it apart and you will be able to get to the bolt. A lot more work then using and extractor.
Best demonstration I have seen for a Polaris. Other videos don’t show that you re tighten the nut and hold it with the alen to hold the position.
Damn that looked easy ! Thanks for the tip boy !
maybe You can show how to do this for Arctic cat F1000 snow pro 2007 :-)
Do you need to raise the track! Im having issues. Mine just feels way too loose when im rotating belt
Should there be a little play with the whole secondary unit back-and-forth motion after the centre bolt is tightened??
If more than a tiny bit your chain tension is loose
Why won't the Allen key turn after set screw loosened?
Should the belt sit flush in the secondary clutch?

Ok so what is the process if the Allen bolt is broken off inside the clutch?
