Get treated for helicobacter pilori if needed. It's the most common reason people have ulcers. My grandpa used to eat oatmeal cooked in milk with crushed linseed twice a day for a few months when he had een ulcer. The slimyness of that porridge is supposed to coat the stomach with a protective lining, thus making it easier for the stomach to heal. Tbh, it doesn't really make sense to me but it's not harmfull to try in any way unless you are allergic.
