I swear I love night time routines. There’s just something so calming about watching someone do their night routine and seeing happy they end their day and prepare for bed….working that’s working out for a while, cooking a great meal, meditation, a chill mini spa night night, reading a good book, journaling….etc, everyone night routines are different, but sometimes the ones that are super filled with a lot of activity pies, and just have the basics…..are the best ones.
