Those Washington hats weren't even out yet . there was no Washington nationals baseball team yet with that logo . this old picture has to be photo shopped with tony old pic with a new style hat.
This pic must’ve been taken around 2004 or later that’s when the Nationals made their debut But their was an old Washington mlb baseball team called the Washington senators that used the same logo
