I tried the 7-day trial and cancelled it within 2 days. This is because I decided to purchase a subscription. I'm a terribly dry writer, so Dibbly helps me describe things better. I definitely recommend it. Very much worth the $22 a month.
So glad you like it. Wait till you see the other tools rolling out. I got access to the image generator (closed beta) and it’s pretty sweet. And they’re getting ready to launch the sprints feature and spilt screen feature. Not to mention, they’re working on fiction for Content Writer. Things are only getting better from here on out. I’ll pass your kind words to the team; they’ll appreciate it.
Dibbly seems like a game-changer for authors! 📚 I've used AI book writing software, and there are some similarities. It makes me think maybe I they white-label a tool like Dibby, the cost was considerably more per month. Either way, it's impressive - writing a book is 20+ times easier than the way I did my first two books. 😅✍
What does a token equate to? Just wondering? I have a few books to write and not being an experienced writer the word count and token is kind of an unknown, thanks! ;D
Reach out to customer support. They have a token expense sheet of the general costs for the various options. I can't recall where that sheet is off the top of my head, but they do have one.
does it have the ability to create fantasy maps. I have maps in my books but the one I have I am not 100% satisfied with and with a new series in the works (once I finish book 3 of the first series) I want a better map and no matter what I tell some individuals they don't seem to understand what I want.
Not yet, but I wonder if that'll be a feature available later through the image generator. Drop support a line and let them know you'd love to see that. They may have not even thought about it.
🧐 I might have give DC another look. Nice to have a feature find section of the book without scrolling. But eleven labs is my first thing to do for audible books. See if it makes a difference in sales of getting listeners.
Awesome! Yeah, Dibbly Create keeps adding new stuff all the time. Stay tuned, because you know I'll let everyone know on Discord when I hear something.
Grammarly is still a decent tool, I don't want to make it seem like it's not. ProWritingAid is my preferred tool, but that comes down to personal preferences. Eventually, I could see more of these grammar checking software integrating with AI-assisting services. I believe (don't quote me on this) Dibbly Create has integration with Grammarly. Drop them a line to confirm.
Thanks for the review. Couple quick Qs: If you run out of tokens before you refresh the following month, can you pay for extra? Would you say it best to use this for a high content outline and still use urban writers to ghost write the book. Or would using this tool then using grammarly etc be sufficient for KDP?
Yes, Dibbly Create will prompt you with the option to upgrade when you hit that threshold. I personally don't hire ghostwriters, but if I did Dibbly would be a pretty good platform to use. But, yes, you got it right. I use Dibbly Create in conjunction with ProWritingAid (though they don't directly integrate...yet). I'll still hire a human editor though.
Oh, man! You must've missed that part about the Prompt Library. I'm not trying to hard sell you here, but figured you needed a little more info. The Prompt Library includes anything for nonfiction AND fiction. Some are business tools, like creating social media posts. Others are tailored to fiction like: Bittersweet Ending, Unlikely Friends, Character Building, Fiction Book Landing Page, Fantasy/Sci-Fi City Generator, Character Wardrobe, Fantasy Creatures, Twisted Book Endings, Flash Fiction, Character Profile, Detailed Settings, Dialogue Drafter, Fiction Ideas, and they continue to add to the library. So, you can see Dibbly Create isn't just for nonfiction books. Heck, KIP Generate allows you to choose fiction or nonfiction. You can access all those prompts with the free account. Browse around, take it for a spin. You might like it.
@@DaleLRoberts I'm pretty sure I would like it a lot. I just already have spent the money for that budgeted out for writing improvements this year. lol. The rest of the money is allocated for book launches.

Great review buddy.
Thanks so much, Michael!

@@DaleLRoberts Thanks buddy, I shall do that, if you get a fair amount for your money this app seems really cool!
Hey, Dale -- IYO, what's better for writers who do both fiction and (creative, descriptive) nonfiction... Dibbly Create or Novel AI?
I have no experience with Novel AI, so I can’t give you a balanced opinion. So my answer defaults to Dibbly Create.
Is it good for not safe for work. I write erotic fantasy romance.
Yep, you'll be fine.

Hi Dale. Quick question…is DC accepting of and compatible with PLR products? Is this something you’ve heard of people doing? 🤷🏽♂️
I’m not sure about that. Contact support for a clear answer.

If I just want an editing tool, am i better off using grammarly, or is that completely obsolete at this point?

Dibbly is okay but not as awesome for me. It’s a great starter.
Thanks for sharing.
Question: Where is the Dibbly Create app? I don't see it on Google Playstore
As mentioned in the video, it's coming soon.
Thank you @@DaleLRoberts
@DaleLRoberts, good review as well

Maybe next year. It just seems like it's better for non-fiction. Thank you once again you do a great job.

@@DaleLRoberts I was thinking about possibly I only can possibly do one thing shall I sign up for you self published or Dibbly Create?
There's a free plan with Dibbly Create, so you've got nothing to lose with that one. You get 10,000 tokens, enough to play with some of the prompts.
Is Dibbly Create better than Sudowrite? Why or why not?
I haven't tried Sudowrite, so I can't accurately compare them. I hear good things about them.
Novelcrafter is way better than sudowrite
@@davidridge6429 Why?
Can it be used to write the actual 30k word nonfiction book?
Sure.
How is this vs something like Novelcrafter?
Unfortunately, I have no experience with Novelcrafter.
