      I got to say he has got to be close to a 10 on the gangster scale.
      In my mind this is a real gangster's gangster.
      I don't care about the rat stuff anymore because it seems like everyone was ratting after a certain point.

    The whole mafia phenomenon continues to amaze me with these new guys I’ve never heard before, and yet the vast majority of them have incredible stories that seem to be generally validated by the viewing audience. That world must have been just nuts to be in or around at the time. Aside from the obvious RICO act, The mafia era can never be duplicated again. The business mindsets, the long term mentality with their grooming and investments, the sworn secrecy between a large number of humans. Absolutely incredible.

      New York was the real deal when it comes to the mob. They had serious power. Infiltrated everything. It got too big. 60s to 80s. That era ended with Gotti. It still went on a little longer with Massino but it's over now as we knew it. Just not possible to do what they did back then nowadays

    • @dizzy6277
      @dizzy6277 7 місяців тому +4

      It's the arrogance of being in their position, used to being respected, so being disrespected for them is a bigger blow, and accepting disrespect can project weakness, and weakness in that world is bad in every way possible.. Being in the mob is a licence to have a certain amount of power, and if someone disrespects that power, they are reducing that power, so that power needs to be defended and upheld, otherwise it's reduced or lost.

    This is to Johnny and Dom... I've watched a four of your videos now and this is the best and to you Johnny I've watched you and how you process and project, construct and deliver/word your questions and you stagger at points but I feel that gives and delivers the effort, authenticity, respect and skill you have as you ask questions that are deep, at points if they choose the wrong or different perspective on the words/references you use or labels/categories/brands you put them under/into when you place them in your question but do it in such a manner that's respectable but honest and brutal but also relevant and I genuinely really enjoy it and by your pauses and staggers and when you go aaaaaaa as you construct and (I say this from my own opinion as I find myself been with you and in your shoes as you do this) replay it to yourself like a sound check before you serve it and I love it as the customer you serve, metaphorically speaking is visibly uncomfortable and thrown back but at times you condense their own self evaluation or label or say what they avoid or can't but the length of their answer is compliment and proof enough of the skill set you have and I've paused my video at 1 hour 10 minutes and Dom just said that's a good question... Best one yet I think that I've seen and he's an amazing story teller and the most honest person I think that you've interviewed that I've watched going off his body language but he's very good... Will continue this once I've watched it all but so far it's amazing guys 💙👊🏼😁

This dude became made and a captain in a span of 6 years, whereas back in the day, dudes would go their whole life with a family and still never get made. They open up the books too easily nowadays

    ”woman whose grandson and former-daughter in law allegedly took out a mortgage loan in her name by forging her signature says she is nearing bankruptcy and close to being kicked out of her home because of a faulty loan.
    One bank loan on 94-year-old Madeline Cicale’s Mulford Avenue home was taken out to aid her grandson, Dominick Cicale”
    He took almost a quarter of a million from his own grandmother . Today he lies that she loaned her Those money but the poor 94 Year Old wpmen had to take her Grandson to court

    The 2020s Cosa Nostra is interesting because the 5 Bosses rarely nod an ok to a murder anymore, they've changed tactics on that which in long run, got the FBI off their backs the way it was in 80s-2010
