Didn't like the kitchen, for a 4.5bhk a typical marathi family have atleast 3 to 4 women working in kitchen from time to time if not everyday. This kitchen looks like apt for only 1 woman

Fridge placement is big no no, you could have thought of somewhere in entry area of the kitchen or some other idea. Rest of the details are reasonably good.
