it is indeed a sexy bike mate! I love and am really missing my z. As you know, its winter time in Cleveland and haven't been able to vlog. You know what's cool about your vids? Its the vibe, a good feeling you get when watching your vids and thank God you did a quick sound test; still need exhaust and probably getting the same. Stay awesome brother!

Motovlogo I wondered where you had disappeared to. its winter here and I have only been out on the bike once in about 8 weeks. I am trying to get myself a GS 1200 adventure at the moment but that's not going to plan. I have got to be honest with you I am useless at youtube but for some reason it just keeps intriguing me and pulling me back to it. I have gone back to working for someone for a bit so finding anytime is almost impossible. You are not going to give up are you?. I started UA-cam to give my confidence a boost as I have always struggled with it. I used to worry so much about people's opinions and keeping everyone happy it would effect me personally. I don't know why I am thinking like this way now but this year I am not going to give a fuck about nothing. So far it has lifted a stress off me and I am enjoying things so much more. I wonder if that's the UA-cam effect. I watched my dad get a brain tumour and slip away over months and that changed me so much. I see people moaning and abusing people in the comments and I just think how sad they are. Sorry for the quick life story I am very open and chatty like that. Good to here from you mate

I love ur z1000 because it’s a sugomi!!My first big bike was the z800sugomi (similar colour scheme to ur’s) and it was amazing and absolutely gorgeous, it had good torque and more than enough power to what I would use it for!! But wen I rode the CBR1000RR, I realised how heavy my z800 is and I just couldn’t ride my z800 the same way again, ended up getting the fireblade! But I certainly miss my z800 sugomi especially due to its absolutely amazing looks, I must admit it was beautiful!!

I have a 2015 in the sparkle green. It looks amazing in the sun. Although I did find that I had a bit of rust on the exhaust heat shield and bracket. So I would advise you remove it and re-do with new paint.. I've painted my exhaust shield with rattle can gloss engine black and it looks fantastic, much better than the mat colour. Other than that no problems at all 😊

You guys are marvelous. Get more of this similarly great video please. Amongst all the nakeds, I still say the Kawasaki Z series ie the Z800, Z900 and Z1000 are stunning, it looks macho with the transformer head lamp and a fatty fuel tank, what more with the very reasonableprice it offers compared to its competitors. That should be the style and design of super muscle naked, meant for fun, easy and happy riding, daily use in towns and cities along the winding conering hilly roads. It is not for racing or on track, as the RR versions in all the brands are already meant for track.

I had one of these, so a few of things... You should try adjusting the suspension, it'll take a few minutes (adjust, ride, readjust) and you'll improve the ride. It certainly made a difference for me. As for the headlights, they are fantastic, especially in pitch black (no other traffic) with the high beam on. I had a Yoshi tail tidy on mine, really tidied up the rear.
Funny you mention the S1000R, I test rode one along with the Z1000. I thought the quick shifter felt to artificial, and the switch gear felt flimsy. Not to mention the generic/cheap looking brake fluid reservoir on the BMW. Oh, and the visible exhaust on the Beemer also looks ugly IMO.

Great vid Buddy's Insight, about those bar end mirrors, not all of them make your handle bars wider i myself have bar end mirrors and with these its even a little bit shorter on 1 of my videos ( joyrides ) you can see 2 different kinds, at 10 seconds in the clip there is a photo about my friends Yamaha and my Z1000 standing next to each other.
And yes the seat is pretty hard after an houre or so lol
Have fun and B safe ;-)

I rode one after watching your last video and I really struggled to like it.... the throttle was snatchy and the seat was like sitting on a blank of wood and the suspension was sooooo harsh....

The s1000 for some reason did not excite me at all. The MT 10 is fun with a capital F but up close it doesn't look that good build quality. I think though I am not a massive fan of the styling I am going to get the superduke for my next naked bike. They are true crazy fun. This z1000 was enjoyable and absolutely stunning to look at I couldn't stop looking at it but it's starting to date with gadgets and power. You should test ride them all because it's really about how they make you feel with sound and things👍 good luck

Japanese and BMW Super Nekad are really marvelous, with prices that are very reasonable compared to their competitions from Europe. The best design among the super nekad are the MV Agusta Dragster/Brutale and Kawasaki Z1000, Z900 & Z800, with their wide fuel tanks.. other brands do not have the look of the super naked as the fuel tanks are taken directly from their respective sport version bikes.

Hello buddy sir, if you want a cool custom streetfighter look for your z1000 babe here’s the way to do it
1: remove stock mirrors and the plates tail then put on bar end mirrors and short bar to hold the plates that close to the taillight
2: if you do have the stock z1000 exhaust go and pull everything inside it all out to make it sound like a monster you also can remove the muffler or buffle too if you want, the sound will be awsome sir😊👍🏻❤️😍

It is a real riders bike, no electronics so you have to know how to take control, lithium battery saves a lot of weight. I love it, still have it, 1 more thing. Corbin seat. But of all, the Suzuki GSX-S 1000, Yamaha MT10, BMW S1000R, Aprilia Tuono, 1290 Duke, the Kawasaki is the heaviest and with less HP. Is it still good enough to compete?

mattsbeamer It's just a Sony steady cam. I use 2 GoPro Hero 4 for on the bike. Can you not wash your car by hand in Russia. That's unusual

Buddy's Insight cheers for the quick reply. Pretty good those steadycams. I think the situation about cleaning the cars by hand in is just in the main cities. Well moscow anyway. It must be due to water pollution or keeping the car cleaning businesses happy. I do polish mine afterwards thou. Take care

Jamie Coleman is recommend going to a dealership and sit in it for about 15 minutes. No matter what looks you get just get a good feel if it's good for you👍
