I have an anxiety disorder and my allergies are tied to it so it makes every day borderline unliveable because if my condition, but miraculously when I watch your videos my health improves while viewing, I calm down, stop sneezing and am able to fall asleep peacefully :)
I have some of the same problems as you and on top of it my sister was murdered 7 months ago. Watching her can help me relax even when I’m having an anxiety attack. I wonder why it helps us so much. I’m not even sure what ASMR is. She is so elegant and her things are lovely. I think some of it is that she really seems to appreciate the things that she owns and somehow she able to create beauty in spite of everything. I would love to talk to her. I found it to be the opposite. She purposely takes so long to pick something that gives me a bit of anxiety. But all the stationary is so cute!

일반 데일리 다이어리 쓰다가 차차님 영상 보게 되면서 직접 다이어리 꾸미고 쓰는 취미가 생겼는데 그 뒤로 한 번도 안빼먹고 일기 쓰고 있네요...! 차차님 영상 덕분이에요! 예전에 다이어리 쓰는거에 강박이 생긴다고 댓글 남긴 적도 있었는데 내 손으로 만들어가는 과정이 더해져서 그런지 너무 재밌고 뿌듯해요...! 늘 영상 감사합니다❤
