OHHHH George, Yes sir you are smart, your doing something that i failed at.Now i have to go to the scrap yard to find a transmission for my lawn tractor. Oh woo is me, I'm as dumb as a box of rocks. By the Lord in me i can't remember how it came apart... But the GOOD LORD will help me find what i need to get it going again I PRAY... Grass is getting tall again. Take care my brother in The good LORD above....& be safe GEORGE!!!!!Your friend StarvinMarvin....
Great video George. Been there and done it, had to clean out my transaxle which had a mixture of grease and water, i did the same clean up as you and used 90 gear oil. Cheers, Jeff.
George, Have a great Sunday. Nice to see that Peeless coming together and looking nearly brand new. That assembly lube, even with gloves, seems to find it's way all over at times.
You can buy the seal for the output shaft and the new roller bearings that go down there. You can also buy the bushings for the main shafts which are bronze. I'm not aware of a "kit" however and most of the rest of it is just using silicone for the gasket surfaces. Thanks for stopping by.
Oh yes the old 700 series Trans. they also made a 700H series but it looks like you have the 700. Nice to see you have the parts list. I have a quick reference assembly guide I could scan for you if you need it. All though its about the same as the parts list. Just more brain power to have in front of you.
Here we go again!!! LOL, Your starting to have a very nice place there George.
Thank you Duke.

Good start George. Goofy is getting a second wind. Regards, Solomon
I'm trying to work on it every day, except Sundays, Thanks Solomon.
that transmission should be in great condition when you get done with it,, I'll say you have it super clean.
I hope so. Thanks Vernon.
Nice to see the Goofy cart getting back in gear George...:)
It sure is! Thanks so much for your patience.
George, does someone make a rebuild kit with new seals, etc? Or did you reuse everything for the re assembly?
