We love that warm orzo salad! I like to use the Italian dressing from Natasha’s Kitchen or Downshiftology, and we use a TON of French feta that we get from the Middle Eastern market.

I love the idea of planning breakfasts. What I usually do is make a big batch of homemade pancakes,waffles and French toast and keep them in the freezer and the kids can choose what they want. They all take equal time to reheat in the microwave. I also make a bunch of hard boiled eggs so they get their protein. Of course there are days I make scrambled eggs or other things. My question for you is, are your kids pretty agreeable and are they okay with not having a choice for breakfast? Or do you have some of the items I mentioned on hand as well for when they don’t want what the family is having? Just trying to think through if this will work for me. Thanks!
Lately my only complainer has been my youngest. Our fall back has been the organic Quaker oatmeal packs, all of my kids will go for that or a chobani flip at any given moment, so it’s an easy option if needbe!
