Considering the shotgun blast was enough to rattle his brain, you'd think an explosion's shockwave would do serious damage
well maybe the explosion is like a granade and its not really that strong go little more than 6 feet away from it and boom only dust and dirt is meeting your face but the shot gun was a few inchest away from his face and those mini bullets wont penetrate his skin but will move his brain like what pat said

Honestly I think if you just hit him hard enough with a heavy object it may do enough damage. I mean his skin may be impenetrable, but his organs and blood vessels aren't. With enough force you could probably be able to rupture several vessels and organs. It's happens a lot in car crashes where even though the skin may not break, the sudden force causes damage internally.

You can drown him, in theory, but it's not very practical. The man still has super strength. It's not as if you can just hold his head under water or something. He can also break any chains or anything one might use to hold him under water. The only way it could conceivably work would be with some ridiculously over-the-top trap. And at that point, you'd be better off just using the virus.

Ok so let’s say hypothetically, we went and got coffee with Luke Cage, but we were hired by a contractor to have him dead in seven days, being that only his skin is impenetrable and his insides are normal, could we not just slip a cyanide pill into that coffee we just got with him? But let’s say hypothetically that his inner organs were about as resilient as his skin (there is no concrete evidence that his organs are normal, all we know is his brain is normal) we could use botulism (which is easily obtainable through contaminated food) and put botulism spores through his system, which attacks the nerves located in the brain and blocks communication between the brain and the body, when left untreated these effects will result in paralysis in multiple different parts of the body including the respiratory system which would suffocate him, this would also paralyze multiple different organs in the center mass of a human body resulting in the death of Mr Cage.

Couldn't you just give him any kind of lethal poison or disease, expose his body to high accelerations, make him breathe air with too little or too much oxygen, put something into one of his body openings that damages him from the inside, expose him to a very high or low temperature, banish him to another dimension where he dies of old age, gather the infinity stones and think him out of existence, ask Deadpool to kill the producers or actors of his show or give him a role in the Fant5stic (Fant4stic sequel) movie.

1. Analyze, and determine the weaknesses and strengths of superheroes

Here's the thing about the tv show... the show loses a lot of ways Luke Cage can get hurt. First and foremost. Every time Cage gets shot... he still bruises internally. He's not invulnerable at all.

Here a few issues:
How do you know the chefs won’t stay calm when they see someone who isn’t a chef in the kitchen?
If he’s eating at home, how do you get into his house?
How do you know even if you force the chefs away, he won’t come running into the back or you’ll cause a commotion for him to investigate?
I think you need a more detailed approach than “his food”
