    You don't know how much I appreciate you going through all of this and the time it took you to do it. Most UA-camrs I watch only show the first few rows and I know for some it's easy to follow the repeats but for me it's not. I had cancer and chemo and radiation and since then I have taught myself to crochet through my healing process but at the same time I don't retain as much as I did easily like before the cancer. So, having said all of that I want to tell you how much I appreciate your time and efforts. Im finally able to make this shawl that I love so much!❤

    I, too, am grateful that you did a whole series of videos to take us the whole way through the shawl. I've come up with a different name. I think for many rows it looks like a butterfly, so I call this the Butterfly Shawl.

    I love the fact that you made 4-5 videos to crochet the whole shawl with us Julia, but the only thing I'd like to ask you to please do from now on if you don't mind is to hold your work up at least once or twice in & between rows, just to let us see if ours is looking right and also to make sure we're on the right row, and to help us find our place in the morning when we get back on our piece and are ready to pick back up where we left off. Even if we write it down the row we left off on, we have to find our place on the video with you to re-start! I mean no offense, you're a fantastic instructor! :)
    I'm loving that I finally got to making mine, I had so many patterns I designed that I had to to write, photograph and get posted that I didn't have for this shawl time since last year! I'm going to do other shawl next, I have about 3 i made over the past 2 yrs. I designed my poncho for 9 sizes and that took forever, so I'm making some things I want now for a while! I love all of your videos, you do great work! THX!!

      +Susans Soul Shines Hi Susan, a simple way to find your last watching place is the time on the time line. So if stopped at minute 2:55, start the next day from 2:55 :) Jope this helps.

      +Woolpedia English Oh I know that trick, lol, I learned to crochet thru youtube videos, so am a pro at stopping, starting and going back! I just need visual to refresh me from say to day, partly since I learned visually thru videos and partially due to a disability I have that causes memory problem/issues. Thx for always replying and being so helpful to your followers Julia! :)

      She does this at the end of each row. She lays it flat. But as the rows get longer, it would be nice to see part way along the rows.

    Love your video but I was also using the written instructions last night and today they are not there. What happened to it?

    • @Woolpedia
      @Woolpedia  9 років тому

      Pat Franzoi Dear Pat, Connie sent me this instructions for free download. People are arguing about copyrights of these written directions, so to make all happy I took it down. But you can still download the crochet chart. Greets, Julia

      +Woolpedia English drive.google.com/file/d/0BzH74FVR4pXkcEx5UHl1QXZPZ2c/view?pli=1 AND digipicsphotography.wordpress.com/2015/01/31/scalloped-triangle-shawl-crochet-photo-tutorial/ both have written instructions and photo tutorial as well, one is a pfd file. It will help you follow along, but many rows are repeats of others and they don't show them over 7 over in the pics,but it will help you!!! Woolpedia does great for you to work with since the written has some inconsistencies I've seen, not easy to write this one out!

    • @Woolpedia
      @Woolpedia  7 років тому

      Dear Sandra, actually there are also other countries and languages in the world, not only English. Our shop is in Germany, we live and work in Germany and we speak German. But nevertheless, you can find a button on top of each side to change the language.
      If you have any questions, please feel free to ask, we will help you in English through all our social media and through e-mail. Regards, Julia

      Dear Margaret,
      the video pattern is based on the crochet chart provided on our website. Are you sure you're working with our materials? Or did get any patterns from someone else?
      Kind regards,
