Very nice , great video work . Good to see the locals embracing what they have in an effort to try to save what is still there . It is also refreshing to see the people who are trying to educate and help bring to light what they have and how to protect that Resorce . The scenery was just awesome would love to float the river :-)
    Happy Trails

I'm happy to see, I'm not the only one who falls in the river.

It's very exciting to be able to share this amazing film, about an even more incredible place, people, and fish. Fish Mongolia and Mongolia River Outfitters work hard to protect these last remaining strongholds of taimen; and the incredible team of guides and staff work closely with the local communities to make these conservation efforts possible.
Health is on everyone's minds these days...and it's great to share a positive health story for a change. We're still hoping for another great fishing season in Mongolia this summer and fall, and have two more of these Healthy Taimen Festivals scheduled for August and September.

Absolutely incredible video and fish so we'll put together that it kinda makes me want to spend my life savings and try my hand at fishing for one.

Stop or seriously limit access to these fish. Protect the environment they live in.

How sad that we thought to help their children, only after we found out about their Taimen!

The fish off the net nothing wrong just enjoy the spiritual aspect of the experience, is useless to idolize yourself with a fish. ☄️

Thing barely kicked off. Preaching catch and release to locals. Then overhandle the hell out of the fish for the photo. 😢😢😢
