What is your favorite moment from Ashton Jeanty this season?
Too many to pick just one.
When he won the Heisman
The 35 times Ashton Jeanty broke loose during Designed Rushing Attempts and gained more than 15 yards. (fwiw...Travis Hunter Yards After Catch per Reception average is 4.3 for a SEASON total of 396 yards... He can catch but Hunter cannot run with the ball) Then again, my favorite Ashton Jeanty moment might be the 116 times his ball carry got Boise State a first down this season (Travis Hunter's ability to catch landed the Buffs 53 first downs all season). Ashton Jeanty is the actual athlete worthy of the Heisman Trophy if the Heisman tradition of integrity remains intact. Like The Oregon Duck told Pat McAfee "Snaps ain't a Stat!"
Watching him every week
He did

Give that man the heisman 🏆. Go jeanty
Especially if he's going to risk his nfl carrer to be the good loyal teammate that he is and to be loyal to us fans knowing that we have no chance at a run without him and that dierk is going to use him very heavily. He's going to take the risk of getting hurt and losing millions of dollars when he could just sit it out and put his life and future first. He's really going to put all of bronco nation first.. that's the type of guy he is, just like me i would do the same and that's the type of people we should all be. And he is a man of God, that's is such a good dude. He deserves the heisman. Boise state has been snubbed by the football media for long enough. They hide us from the nation the best they can, from the super late games to the media barely talking about us now that they have to they just talk about jeanty not the rest of the team though. If Maddux played for an east coast team they would have him plastered on every channel 22 tds to 3 interceptions and in a run heavy offense. He is so good and they don't acknowledge that for him to read defenders and throw the ball to recievers where it's safe for them to catch it and not get lit up all in a matter of seconds. That's years of being in the nfl type stuff. Half the nfl qbs can't even do that. But nah they'll pick us as underdogs and talk about our opponent the whole time. Its b.s
😂😂 you guys are going to be so hurt when he doesn’t win it. I will love every second of your rage
By@GleenwoodEABa we all shall see.
@@GleenwoodEABabythat’s the difference between Boise Fans and CO fans or Hunter fans. Your all overhyped and just like the libtards cried when Trump won you will be the ones having the mental breakdown. We will regardless know who truly is the heisman
@@JP12Ninersfaithful nice comment
I can’t wait to be 80 and show my kids this highlight tape. Legendary year Jeanty best I’ve ever seen
He only needs 135 yds to break the GOAT Barry Sanders NCAA record for yardage in a single season we are witnessing greatness and we should feel blessed
@@googlechicken barry had 2800 that season. they just didnt count his bowl game stats back then
@@Chiefland7 I don’t care I’m just enjoying watching Jeanty play wether he has some official record or not it’s still fun to see him carving up defenses every week
He reminds me of Barry Sanders the way he bounces to the outside so quickly
He has about double the yards after contact that Hunter has, total yards. And Boise State has played multiple top 10 rundefenses. And multiple rank teams and Hunter has three losses to unranked teams.
who tf is the Multiple Ranked teams? Oregon wasn't a top 10 rush Defense and still isn't now so I'm just wondering where you got these stats from. Never seen some many fake stats made up for a G5 running back in my life.
If Ashton was on Colorado’s team, they would have zero losses right now…. Just saying.
@@bayodamanmultiple is 2 and they just versed UNLV
Travis Hunter is the best CFB player in the country and he will win the Heisman.
@@trueempire8948yea 55 yards against utah and a great play by his teammate that made him get a easy pick sounds like a real heisman
And let’s all remember that he has sat out almost the equivalent of 2 full games
Because the teams they play are garbage😂. That isn’t good. You are literally just admitting that he doesn’t play competition
@@SwankySandGaming It took a last second field goal for the #1 team in the country to beat them and they have played and beaten everyone else including ranked teams. What do you mean they don't play anyone 😂
He got 344 Carries just like Barry sanders. But he ran for 400 yards less lol come on also Melvin Gordon had 343 carries & 200 more yards.
@@Thekidyusuke - Barry had 344 regular season carries. Melvin Gordon had 343, which included bowl game and had 90 more yards. Stat reading comprehension isn't your strong suit, is it? These aren't huge differences, They're top 4 RB in NCAA rushing history. lol
@@SwankySandGamingColorado played 1 rank team and Boise State played 2 so what's your point?? One player is at home right now hating and hoping the other player has a bad game against the 3rd ranked opponent😂😂
Jeanty and Skattebo are definitely the two best RBs coming into the draft.
Remember when some scouts questioned Ladanian Tomlinson because he went to TCU?
This dude is a faster LT. Whoever gets this guy in the NFL is going to be stoked. Especially the QB.
This dude is best running back I’ve seen in YEARS! His yards after contact are insane!!
Having the sporting honor of being able to watch Barry Sanders in college and Ashton Jeanty, I can say with the utmost confidence that what Barry did in the amount games he played ( -4th quarters he didn’t play or finish) that only he is him at this point in time. Of my genuine opinion.
Jeanty sat out 2 games in the second half. Also had games he didn’t run up stats when game was over (unlike Hunter).
@@Idaho27 Barry didn't play in a few 4th quarters. And scored over 40 TDs. Jeanty will have plenty of games to beat Barry's 2628, but we'll see if he can reach Barry's real number of 2850 rush yards which Barry did in 12 games.
@@tiotito31Barry also had a true average of 32 carries a game. Jeanty is at 27 carries a game right now. Barry had over 30 carries in every game that season. Jeanty only has 7 30 carry games in his college career.
@@austindavis7187 Barry did not carry 30+ in every game. And who cares about the carries. You need to play games to get carries. Barry still only played 12 games and scored over 40 TDs. I'm not trying to hate on Jeanty. I think he's clearly the real deal.
He should win the Heisman. RB in 2024, rushing for over 2,000 yards is crazy! Plus, he's facing 8 men in the box with every defense because he is the Boise State offense. Nothing against Hunter he's been great. Yet you take Jeanty off the field. Boise St is a different team. Hunter taken out for Buffs, they aren't that much different.
In all fairness, his 2k+ yds were against the teams like San Diego state…if you upgrade the conference, his yds are likely around 1700. Still crazy, but we see dominant RBs every 10yrs. I remember Ricky Williams, Adrian Peterson, etc…what we saw from Hunter was unprecedented for every conference. Statistically, a top 5 DB and Top 5 WR wrapped into 1 is CRAZY! All-American at 2 full time position’s has to be rewarded with a heisman.
@@objective_evaluation Did you forget 200 yards and three tds on Oregon?😂
@@objective_evaluationand also you do know he wasn’t dominant in any stat for his positions… especially defense hes not in the mix at all I like Travis too but the only thing people base this off of is him being pioneer of the position of both sides lmao and you can’t say let’s take a couple hundreds yards off if he was playing competition 😂 cause that’s the same as saying can Travis play both sides against a harder conference like could he do this against uga and still be okay that’s why everyone is saying he’s gonna have to pick in the nfl which position
@@jamalnorwood6908 no, I didn’t forget. His overall performance during that game actually FULLY supports my point. With the exception of his big run, he was avg. 5yd/Carry. While still phenomenal, it’s below his 7.3y/c and if you extrapolate that with the same production it’s 1700 yds. If Travis was doing this vs. the Mtn West or SWAC, then Jeanty would have my vote but the Big 12 is clearly a more challenging conference. If Jeanty can be an All-American RB at Boise then you can’t discount Travis being an All American at WR and DB while at CU. It’s simple math but a Dual All-American is greater than a Single All-American.
@@objective_evaluation statistically he’s not dominating on either side on any stat his only stats is snaps played and if you want to talk about easy conference the conference Travis plays in is fairly easy too that’s why I said idk he’s could still play good both sides against a better conference also their strength of schedule is almost the same 73-80 😂😂 it’s not that much of a difference jeanty is dominating every stat and every historical stat from legendary players I would not be surprised if ashton steals it at the very end
This dude is by far the clear Heisman winner
No he’s not 12 is
@ nah
@@RuthChris-lu9zbwhere is 12 now?? Oh he's at home hating and hoping Jeanty has a horrible game but that's your Heisman😂😂
Good Season as an RB for sure. He would be a front runner any other year. Too bad it coincided with Hunter's Year. 2024 remains Travis Hunter's Year as the best CFB Player to win the Heisman 🎉
U crazy, this dude averages 10 yards per carry and literally dragged his team to the playoffs, Travis is good but Ashton great
He should win the heisman. 100%. It’s not even close.
no. I love jeanty, but if we're being honest, hunter is the Hiesman

absolutely not lol. Jeanty easily. Media loves hunter tho @user-ps7rr1no6n
No Travis Hunter dominates both side of the ball sorry he’s the Heisman
Where are clips where he crushed OREGON??
Probably didn't show Oregon highlights because of possible copyright infringement because that game was on Peacock/NBC.
Where the Oregon highlights?!
Reminds me of Maurice Jones-Drew back in 2009. 💯
C'mon fellas to be fair lets wait until Colorado finishes their Championship game before we decide who's the best for the Heisman...oh wait
This. A heisman trophy winner wins his conference championship game --spencer danielson
Hilarious. In Reality Travis could have been done 3 games ago the public dosent care he will always be more popular then Jeanty for Heisman vote
Did Jayden Daniels LSU team win the conference? Stop adding unnecessary metrics.
I've already decided one player is in the playoffs and the other player is at home hating and hoping the other player has a HORRIBLE game😂😂
The true Heisman Winner
Although fellas may be doing some false comps, he definitely should win the heisman.
Nah travis should win. Truly the best college football player in america i mean he literally plays BOTH sides and on BOTH sides he puts up #’s
It’s gonna feel wierd with Hunter walking up to the podium for Heisman. Jeanty has been so much more productive and Boise is still rolling along
If he doesn't win the heisman he 100000% got robbed
Idk man... Travis has some great plays, but Jeanty got the ball at the back 38, and took it to the CRIB 🏃🏾💨
Hunter’s a heck of a player, but he’s too cocky. Jeanty has class unlike him. Sure Travis Hunter is the hardest worker as a two-way player, but Jeanty almost beat Oregon by himself
If Reggie Bush and Ricky Williams morphed into a super back.
Barry Sanders with power!
This is the back that could challenge Emmitt Smith’s all time rushing and or rushing TD record. He is better than S. Barely and T Henry. Watch the Oregon game. Dude is doing this as the only weapon on a team with not great OL play against stacked boxes every week. THE BEST PLAYER in college football and BEST RB prospect since Barry Sanders.
Adrian Peterson is the only back prospect in Jeanty’s category since Smith and Sanders. Peterson was too tall; like Henry. Barkley is always hurt like C. Mac. Two awesome backs that are always hurt. Jeanty is special. Long arms on a compact strong body. He stiff arms like Henry with the athleticism of Barkley. Very much like Emmitt Smith and Barry Sanders.
Jeanty is a mix of Willis McGahee and Marshawn Lynch!!
I’m not going to talk down on any other player that’s gonna be a finalist for the Heisman Trophy, because in order for that to happen, you had to have had an incredible season. But what I will say is this: There is NO other player in college football this year, that has been more dominant at his position, the Jeanty has been at his.
If Boise would've beat Oregon there wouldn't even be a discussion.
Heisman its not that even a debate if travis gets its a robbery travis is good on defense and offense I rather have a all time great at one he's a top 2 college rb by stats never a game under 100 yards 192 3 tds vs 13 and 0 oregon he's insane
And he took Boise to The playoffs travis had a better QB and coach and his team isnt there just because he sweats more ain't mean nothing 😂
Reminds me of Darren sproles
Jeantys an absolute dogg
CJ2K and KING Henry had a baby!!!
He reminds me of CJ and Adrian Peterson
Ashton Jeanty going in top 5 draft
Travis Hunter is too frail to make it in the NFL. Decent college player tho
Devonta smith
I hope he does well in the league but I don’t see the transition being good. Imagine him against a physical guy like dk. Also he won’t be able to play both sides in the nfl. He’s a trap pick in this years draft.
Lol How much did Deasen Jackson Weigh? Devonta Smith weigh?
Clearly y'all just comment without doing any research and that's just lazy and crazy. Ashton Jeanty, Christian McCaffrey, Adrian Peterson, Ladainian Thomas, Emmit Smith the list goes on and on they're all in the same weight class🤦🏿♂️
He needs to be in a Seahawks uniform
I would buy his jersey on draft night if that were to happen. Sadly, hawks are just good enough to never even get close to drafting this guy.
No he needs to stay a bronco
If you’re the best employee at your job then you probably do multiple things great ..simple as that Travis hunter for Heisman he does multiple things great he locks down there best wr not to mention he’s been guarded by the opposing team best corner and still put up over 1000 yards multiple touchdowns games..is no knock to Jeanty he did something incredible but it’s been done before ..and as incredible as he still is,he just so happen to do it the same year where Travis hunter did something that was not even thought of..props to both players
He didnt play in the second half of two games... Given his oace, rhayd another 150-200 yards he could have.
I'm with Jeanty but stop lying. Y'all keep talking bout 2 halfs it was one half 😂😂
Some way some how I want my Ravens to draft him. That would be fun 🥹
I don’t want to discredit what he has done, he has played an amazing season. None the less from what I’ve seen in his highlights is not him necessarily breaking tackles but more so defenses that were incapable of making tackles. Although he put up statistically incredible numbers, but I would be very surprised if he finds a way to continue this trend in the NFL.
Those are excuses. He’s played against multiple top ranked defenses. So that won’t work 🤷🏻♂️
Uh, he literally has more yards AFTER CONTACT than any other RB has total yards this season. Go to bed
This guy is like a mini Chris Johnson/adrian Peterson. And he has tremendous vision and balance…love the fight at the goal line, he’s deceptively strong
Ashton Jeanty is one of the best running backs in college football since Barry Sanders and Melvin Gordon. He probably already broke the single-season record for most rushing yards🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈
Dallas must draft Jeanty, they need him to bring a balanced offense that teams have to respect.
Buffalo needs center and guard run block guys these guys look good
When you think of size this is what a RB is supposed to look like… MJD Jr. but I think he’s better… dude is a problem and can’t be tackled
MJD was def bigger and like a bowling ball, this guy is small quick and tough.
What did Travis do on championship weekend? I’ll wait….. pitch to AJ then 1on1 vs Travis in the open field, RIP Travis….. Put AJ behind Shudeur and CU is undefeated, in the top 5 and cruising to a bye in the playoffs… Strength of schedule is literally the exact reason BSU is ranked ahead of the big 12 champ. Down year in the big 12. AJ has 30 TD’s. Snaps ain’t stats, AJ all day.
Snaps are stats where the publics concerned
You sound ridiculous, truly. Trying to down play Hunter and parrot corny one liners from Twitter doesn’t make you right.
There’s a reason why Hunter is the #1 prospect.
The suggestion that getting rid of a teams best defensive player and #1 WR and replacing them with a running back would result in them being undefeated is extremely dumb.
Twitter has fried your brain.
Enjoy Hunter winning the Heisman
Congrats to Travis his skill set is unique in college football. I’m sure they will both do well in the NFL. The only consolation here is Jeanty and Scattebro moving on to the playoffs. Given the choice maybe Jeanty would choose the Heisman. Who knows
Genty is leaving to NFL...but look out for Saire Gaines to replace genty next season redshirt freshman
Not even a debate frfr no hate on Travis shout out to Colorado
Beastmode 2.0
They would leave the Oregon game outta his highlights
Wish the walls have shown him tucking the DB and Carrying Woodard on his back for 4-5 yards. Did was literally laying across his back.
The most ridiculous defense I have ever seen lmao
The way he breaks tackles is so confusing lol. 3:23 wth is the defender trying to do? Just lets him go
Am I missing something or are they only playing at home?
The love child of Barry & LaDainian... but more of his moms side - LaDainian! No ofense. Wish him all the best! Still not as electrifying since Barry... & no one has come close!
Washington state were tackling like the niners were against the Bills last week
he will only be good in the nfl with a good line but travis can still be a top corner/receiver in the league even if he plays for a mediocre defence or has an average quarterback i think that’s the only argument the two of them have cause who’s really gonna care about a college award a year from now
He’s not tops in either position in college how’s he gonna do it in the NFL
If he doesn’t win the Heisman …it will be because he’s not in a power4 conference and didn’t play against high level competition
I hope Denver gets him
Biggest lie: Nobody’s done what Hunter is doing.
I went to a 6A high school. We had a freshman kid play both offense and defense for 4 straight years. He was an absolute animal. He was a running back on offense and rushed 1200 yards. He was also a linebacker on defense with over 50 tackles. Those stats were from his freshman year. He ended up joining the Marines after high school.
Point is: a 15 year old kid did this against upper classman in the biggest high school league in the state. Many other high school kids around the country do it too. It’s not uncommon.
If Hunter wins heisman we’re gonna see a lot more of it and I don’t like it. I don’t see it helping the team much and seems like a selfish move to stay bad honestly. Rather just have a dude healthy balling out on one side of the ball
You’re not that dumb right? You really think the argument is that kids don’t play both sides of the ball in high school?
Truly?
Smaller derrick Henry
Forget the overhyped Colorado guys, the Heisman should go to Jentry or Skatteboo. Personally I think Skattebo is more talented and has played better competition.
Better competition 😂
@ according to standard strength of schedule rankings. But you do you
Runs like Dalvin Cook
No truck stick, no juke, no stiff arm. Emmit Smith all day, he got a line he’ll do fine. Boy did nothing individually. lol. Just call it how I see it. No line and he’ll disappear before his first contract is up. We’ve seen this before.
ur tarded. he will have a very good nfl career as long as he's on a competent team. that's why being drafted high can be detrimental to your career because some teams are poorly run and are generally picking top 10 because they're incompetent and can and will ruin a players career.
Totally agree with the opening post. He won't be good in the NFL if he doesn't have an offensive line. He's not big enough to run through defenders in the NFL. All of these highlights were of the defense not having proper technique in tackling. A bunch of arm tackling
Emmitt smith never had this speed…he’s more Barry sanders like
@@musclee-mac8768 this used to be true but look around the league, it’s trending towards smaller speedy backs
Exactly. He's not a dynamic runner. Most of the team He's at 8 yards before a defender is near by. He breaks tackles but doesn't make people miss him (they still touch him). No real wiggle at all.
He will probably just be a mid rb in the league that’s how big the difference is
I see a lot of Miss tackles a lot of b teams
New England Patriots draft this man Sign Tee Higgins to go with baker Polk Douglas Hunter Henry with money left to get lineman and corner just saying
Barry Sanders 2.0
Best since Emmitt smith .....
He nice but i gotta go hunter for heisman
3 catches for 26 yds vs the only ranked team he played.. lol
Barry sanders
If he was in any of the Power 4 conferences, he would easily win Heisman but he doesn't. Playing teams like Wyoming, Utah State and Ga Southern makes it hard for him to make a case against Travis.
Have you seen the Big 12? Worst conference I've ever seen and Prime couldn't come close to winning it smh
Big 12 just had its weakest season in existence.
Plus he's not a dynamic runner. He's a slasher with speed. No juke moves, not cut backs, not even a real stiff arm.
@@Bruss813 …and yet he’s got over 2500 yards and 29 touchdowns. Also, he has a stiff arm. You just haven’t watched him use it the last few weeks cause of the injury he got at UNLV back in October.
All these yards and still won’t win the Heisman 😂😂😂 a Mountain West player will never win the Heisman
Why?
It’s a shame he popped off this year honestly. Hunter has the heisman and it was never close but this guy is good
I was thinking the same thing about Hunter. Too bad Jeanty is having such a great year, any other year perhaps Hunter has a chance. Jeantys season literally represents what the Heisman is about.
@ now imagine if jeanty played linebacker too and was top 5 there too.. crazy 🫵🏽😭 heisman goes the the best college player. It’s not close. Hunter ran away with it
I hate that blue field so much
Watching this really puts into perspective how bad the Mountain West Conference is.
There’s no reason a 5’9 215lb running back should be one of the biggest dudes on the field. That is embarrassing.
The lack of athletes in the MW on defense is insane. This video hurts his Heisman case
you are welcome go go watch him do the exact sames things to the Oregon defense. You also don't seem to be very aware of which teams are in the MWC.
@ The same Oregon defense that had two Penn State runners average more than 10 yards per carry last night, and another average over 8?
Anyone who thinks Jeanty should win the Heisman should really go watch the video on UA-cam of every touch he had against Oregon.
He repeatedly got destroyed by corners and safeties. Got picked up and put on his back by a corner. Got absolutely embarrassed in blitz pickup.
People were passing around his stat line in that game so I thought he killed Oregon.
Turns out he had a 70 yard TD run late in the game on a busted defense where he was COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED on a run up the middle that inflated his stat line.
Very disappointed to see him versus a P4 team considering all the hype.
that background music sucks!!!!!!!! why do some people think that enhances the video. it sucks.
He’s great and should finish second in the Heisman voting behind Travis Hunter. Travis dominates both sides of the ball nobody in CFB could say this.
Wrong again!
@@yellowriverboy5734Who else dominates both sides of the ball?
So what stat line did Hunter “dominate” this season? He’s not no. 1 in the nation on either side of the ball.
