Using a lounge through PP is completely free and u need to note that u can use PP during departure and not on arrival FYI so if ur coming from UK to India then PP will come into use

nope that wont work bank will charge u for one, at the time they may say its free but u will be billed after 3 months and moreover credit card name and boarding pass name should match

That totally depends on lounge, some lounges allow only 3 hours of stay some allow unlimited, only lounge can tell u that

But my question was that only 3 of us will be eligible for complimentary access and another member will be left out,so can he/she use someone's priority pass with a different name on it?

Annual for me is free, else charge is 1500 per anum i think, p pass is lifetime until u have your credit card

nope that wont work bank will charge u for one, at the time they may say its free but u will be billed after 3 months and moreover credit card name and boarding pass name should match

Yes it is accessible, i also have the same, you can access any lounge in any terminal, i accessed terminal 2 in Dubai, present ur PP that's it, don't give credit card
For priority pass agsinst HDFC Regalia you have to fullfill one transaction in first month or a similar kind of restriction.
