I have some issues with Dior’s customer service too. They sometimes don’t care about your complaints, I told them if you don’t have any promo item that I expect to receive, they should replace it with a different promo item. 🤷♀

I was kinda upset over the platinum birthday gift from 2023 which was the notebook, which is nice but thought it could have been better. But they totally made up for that with the amazing holiday gift. I loved it. Love your channel! 🩷🩷
I never contacted them about gifts honestly. I didn’t get my silver or gold tier gift but I did get my platinum gifts for my birthday and that holiday gift too. It’s such a nice gift and other fashion houses don’t even compare to their gift or loyalty program offers. I love the makeup bag. I should start over so I can get the new gifts! 😂
I got the new Gold welcome gift few weeks back 🤩🤩 I honestly don't like the platinum welcome gift and the holiday gift at the moment so I did not bother renew my Platinum tier and just settled with the Gold for the mean time. My birthday is in February and if I happen to like the birthday gift for the Platinum member than the Gold tier, then I might consider upgrading my status back to Platinum. 🥰
Hi Trish. Very nice gifts; I love that serum. Dior customer service by phone takes forever, orders cannot be canceled, and I have never been able to use the chat function. I think they should learn from their sister company Sephora.

They explained to me, that in order to get it, I have to make another purchase. Is that new? (The representative could not care less and I felt like I was bothering him, which I probably was. lol ) I tried the chat, but never received answer, email didn’t work either and never received answer when tried the WhatsApp. 😏

So I’ll wait until next October and see what happens.
