Note: The phrase “tha tighin fodham” is pronounced ‘ha cheen fo-um’, and means “it comes upon me" or "I have the wish"
Brilliant
Pretty sure I’ve got this one somewhere. Definitely. It’s on a playlist. I have one particular huge ones that takes hours to cycle through. I’m surprised you haven’t gone through a phase of studying Gaelic. Even though I never learned enough to understand most of it, the stuff I did made it much easier to read German pin and photo captions. I seem to have a lot of Cyrillic names pinning my stuff because I try to translate Russian captions and give both. Russian is a lot harder although by now I recognize a few words and place names. The Greek helps here since Cyrillic is based on Greek with some extra letters. The Latin alphabet developed a few weird things because it spread via Etruscan, a non-Indo-European language.
