I was really pleased to see Sebastian team up with Duff. I met Duff in SLC when he performed with us punk side project “Loaded.” Talked and had a drink with him and Dez Cadena from the “Misfits.” I really discovered that rock stars are not jerks, and some of them are highly educated. Changed my paradigm that night, and I hear that Sebastian Bach is like that too. Hope bro meet him someday. Meanwhile, welcome back my friend, sterling music and performance!!

Sebastian Bach is the real deal. This is what a real rock singer looks like. He has always been a very passionate singer and performer. He still has the best male voice out of all the hard rock-metal bands that came out of the 80s-90s.

I’m 57 and have listened to him his entire career. I own my own restaurant and bar, and a bakery as well. I pop my ear buds in and rock this dude constantly. His music has always got my ass in gear, whether working out, or working.

This one really hits home for me. I've lost so many friends since we finished high school in 1999. Some of them within a few weeks after graduating. I have one friend left from high school. That's it. My dad, all four grandparents and all my friends are now dead. I lost a few to suicide and a few because they were just detrimental to their own health. A few to car accidents, drug overdoses, cancer, you name it. Dust in the wind as they say. One day you're playing basketball with a group of friends and a few years later, they're all gone and it's just you. And do you know why I'm still here and they're all gone? Because I stayed away from drugs, alcohol, partying, etc. I stayed home and made art and played my guitar and video games. I'm 43 now and I have one friend left. And guess what. He doesn't drink or do drugs either. I'm just saying.

i met him this past Tuesday night in Bklyn for his book signing....and he is just the sweetest soul! Very down to earth, FUNNY as F*CK and he was even considerate at the fact that there were a couple young teens in the audience at this event. Someone asked him to talk about a certain incident that happened with a girl backstage one time years ago, but he actually said "I can't talk about that...there are children present" and at one point he was about to say "smokin a joint" but instead he stumbled and said "No no not smoking...vaping....not doing ANYTHING wrong....we were playing tiddlywinks and knitting..."
So with that being said....to all those who have said Sebastian Bach is a total douche bag.....SCREW Y'ALL! You probably either just happened to catch him at a bad time or it was YOU who did something wrong to piss him off!!!

Friendly nice talkative funny people can also have anger problems or act entitled and selfish to those who really know them. I can't believe you've never known someone like that. Borderlines and Narcissists can be quite charming when they're extroverted and creative.
He is,way cool. And funny. Have chatted with him before at The Rainbow, and House of Blues. Cracked me up.
Sebastian is one of the nicest rockstars I have ever met. If you ever get the chance to do one of his meet and greets, he takes the time to chat with you and doesn't rush you off. It was a great experience meeting him.

Sebastian Bach is in his prime vocally and has been for many years. He has a voice that is stelllarly magnificent. My god....his vocal cords must be made of stainless steel wound with platinum. Luv this.

I've been always a huge fan of Sebastian however I really think that he got stuck. I've heard a couple of songs of "Give 'em hell" album and didn't like me so much. It's always the same but maybe it's just only me....
i never saied that he will be the same like he was with skid row! But he makes good albums by his self that you can find 2-3 really nice songs in each one!
rokarollareturns Yeah, actually you are right... there are like 2 or 3 good songs among his last albums...but what's that if you compare it with any of the Skid Row records from 89 to 95?. First three Skid Row albums were almost perfect. Even the covers album was great.... like I said, maybe it's just me because he used to be a God throughout my childhood :-)

This one hits close to home. Collaborating with Duff on this track was an exceptional idea, as certainly he can relate. Baz's impressive vocals on this track also genuinely uncover that raw, deep place of grief and anger, and with more recent losses (RIP Vinnie Paul) since this song was released, perhaps singing it live would bring him (and lots of us) some catharsis. Oustanding.

I had no idea what to expect with this. It reminds me of Six Am and would most likely work out on tour with them. This song starts off all hard and cool then kind of gets more mellow. I wish they would have kept up with that energy at the beginning. Anyway, it's cool to see SB and mates out there, rocking and evolving. I've heard the live show was great, wish I didn't have to miss it. I'm going to have a lot more listens to the others songs too. Thanks for posting. Respectful song, you have like that.

Love this song, does it have the sound of many modern metal bands? Yes it does. And the modern sound compliments his voice fucking fantastically. Bach sounds incredible and his band of young guns are making some incredible stuff, keep it up Sebastian \m/ \m/ #fuckthehaters
His voice is pretty damn fine on this and so is the playing, no doubt. I guess for me it's about whether the song sticks or not. It's good but I'm going to have give it a few more listens. I listen to a lot of music,rock and all genres of metal, so this isn't a new sound but not one I'm sure that sticks quite yet. Kind of like Velvet Revolver for me, an amazing line up but their songs didn't do much for me. When it comes on I don't turn it off but after I bought the CD, I didn't find that I played it much either. I'm going to give the entire record a shot if it's out there and then formulate an opinion. Nice to know the rockers are out there making music regardless. :)

I don't understand those of you bagging on this song. It doesn't have to be either old Baz or new Baz, they both can be simultaneously liked. If you really don't like it fine, but stop comparing it righteously to Skid Row and acting like it falls short of your perception of what good hard rock is. Sabastian's last 2 albums have been full of great songs. sometimes I think people who compare the new to the old (with anything) and claim it falls short, somehow think they are cool for their "discerning observation" and judgement. As though they've proven that they're more "metal" than everybody else. This song kicks ass.
Well its just that some people like me enjoy the old skid row than now. Im not bashing it simply because its metal. Its just that now he's focusing only on songs with anger, he needs to put some variety like he did with the old skid row. Plus people cant help but judge this, its human instinct.

Bach is a great singer, in my opinion the best of his era.
Wow, that proves how "forward thinking" Sebastian is. He's embraced that complex rhythmic, percussive guitars vibe that many current artists gravitate to & my hat's off to him. Not to poke fun, but its in stark contrast to Dave "Snake" Sabo & Rachel Bolan's latest release, which sounds like an attempt to re-live the glory days. I still love 80's Hair Band, don't get me wrong. But sometimes its time to move on & do something contemporary, and Sebastian is on it.
