This is definitely another level. So glad it has nothing to do with the same old “waiting lists” watches. Thank you for the videos. Look forward to seeing more of them.
There is nothing not to enjoy. Articulate, warm, knowledgeable and highly engaging. One of the best interviews (masterclasses) I’ve watched in some time.
Amazing collection of well thought timepieces! Im surprised not to see the VC tribute to civilisation collectione. Thank god he didn't add rolex to his collection.
This was an immensely pleasurable learning experience for me. Many thanks! I found the story of the Harry Winston Opus 3 particularly compelling. As for my favorite watch in his collection, I’m really attracted to the Singapore Watch Club chronographs that were modified for the club, which are very compelling and thoughtful.
This episode was like a lesson, or rather, watching a skilled storyteller set in the wonderful world of watchmaking. It was comforting to know that I have (at least!) the same taste in watches. I felt a bit out of place in this world because I like such different watches... but deep down they are all different ways of presenting the beauty of these intricate mechanisms. 👏👏🙌🏻 PS.: the story behind the Opus 3 was a must!!
wow. I am so impressed as I could see you were. This has got to be one of the most thoughtful, well researched and thoughtfully presented (what a knowledge base) beautiful watch collections I have seen on UA-cam so thankyou. Hey I have been given a 1940 Hueur Chrono with a very early Valjoux (023?) movement.
Great video and always a lot of learning from your channel. I admire the passion of Tom would seek him out just to learn from him when I visit. One thing for sure he talks more than his wife hardly heard Marko's voice. 😁
I just love your videos. Amazing as always. You are the true gentleman in the watch industry that actually make a difference highlighting independent watchmakers and watching your videos you can always see something you have never seen before. Most watch channels show the same watches that has the hype everyone wants to see. Nothing original. Nothing new. Have you ever considered making your own watch brand you got good taste and knowledge in the watch industry. It will be successful for sure.
Absolutely loved the technical detail and stories behind every watch shared. Thanks Marco for bringing Tom on again and thanks Tom for representing Singapore on the world stage ❤
One of the best video very interesting AP collection This man has made me like AP even more. Bow I don’t have to look for other brands for dress watch AP has everything
Which watch from the video is your favorite?
CARTIER/TANK MODEL
Ap Bumper is fantastic 👏.
Opus 3 !
OPUS 3!
Wish Tom showed us how to operate the watch though. I have never seen a crown like that in a watch ever.
I mean this is crazy question to ask here Marko 😂
What an intelligent, tasteful, and thoughtful collector. And not a single boring Royal Oak! A man after my own heart
Too kind. Thanks and cheers!
The passion, the research, the knowledge, the dedication-by far the very best episode so far. Merry Christmas.
This is possibly THE watch related video I enioyed the most on all of youtube. And I have seen thousands of hours. Great content
Such enthusiasm combined with hardly-ever-seen (never mind touched) watches made my day. More content like this please!
This is definitely another level. So glad it has nothing to do with the same old “waiting lists” watches. Thank you for the videos. Look forward to seeing more of them.
This was an awesome video. I could listen to this guys passion and knowledge all day.
I have seen a lot of interviews with watch enthusiasts, but this guy is on another level.. really appreciate your knowledge and passion for watches.
Appreciate it, have a few more coming this year that will be similar. :)
The passion Tom has is timeless……. I wish we can see more!
Wonderfull Video... Loved the enthusiasm and the approach from both of you
Thanks for watching and hearing us ramble on about our love for watches! 🤓
Just 2 gentlemen appreciating the hobby, pure enjoyment!

Just love your shows !

What was the AP vintage guide book that was referenced please ?
Its called “20th Century Complicated Wristwatches” published by Audemars Piguet!
Absolutely loved the technical detail and stories behind every watch shared. Thanks Marco for bringing Tom on again and thanks Tom for representing Singapore on the world stage ❤
Those Cartiers are amazing and sumptuous
14:15 just two guys looking each other in the eyes listening to chime
Great video lads, whilst my interest lies with modern AP, I thoroughly enjoyed the history lesson 👍
Thanks and cheers kind sir!
now THIS is what im talking about!
I’m now following this guy and his group
Wasnt Louis Brandt the one with the first Minute repeater Wristwatch?
It is but the movement was by AP 😊
Dufour was the first one with "grand et petite sonnerie" on wristwatch which is on completely different complexity level to other complications
@@singaporewatchclub ah ich get it ^^
One of the best video very interesting AP collection This man has made me like AP even more. Bow I don’t have to look for other brands for dress watch AP has everything
AP book in a video! Thanks Marko!
Anyone know the book in this video? And where to buy?
Audemars Piguet 20th Century Complicated Wristwatches
@@SwissWatchGang now the question is where can you buy this book for under $3000?! That’s all I could find on Amazon. Any tips?

Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed it. 🙏🏼🙇🏻♂️
Incredible.
Waaoo beautiful.💯👍
Tom the legend, would love to meet him someday since he's also from Singapore
It would absolutely be my pleasure. Please reach out and let’s make it happen!
to think AP went from this, to being the royal oak company.
Linen SWC on the wrist.
Dope.
Good eye!
@singaporewatchclub Haha.
Good watch.👍.
As always, Marco, your interviewees are ground bracking by choosing amazing gusts, but this one is just as he said: insanely fascinating
What a video💯
I love Vacheron
The Schaeffer jump hour minute repeaters are incredible. Thanks for the great video.
Thank you for the kind words, they have my heart too. ☺️
Wish I could buy that beautiful black enamel dial UN 😍

You got to wake up a little bit earlier to keep up with this guy
🔥🔥🔥
Omg no words ❤
Wow. The guy is a walking encyclopedia. Amazing collection and person.
What is the name of the book referenced?
It is the “20th Century Complicated Wristwatches” by AP 😊
Teşekkürler emeğinize sağlık
Very nice! Congratulations for the excellent colector!
I have a regulator AP sharing that same watch case.
Super
I hate videos like this. It makes me spend money I haven't made yet lol. So many new desires. Thanks for the knowledge
Oldest watch manufacturer in the world is Blancpain, not Vacheron
“Platinum = humility”?! 😮💨 Well, THERE’S a “let them eat cake…” for the Millennials .
👍🏻
dam singapore watch club got movement if you know what i mean
You got a keeper of a wife brother
AP encyclopaedia this guy
Raymond veil ilgili paylaşımınız i bekliyorum iyi geceler
yeah, this guy has a lot of money, along with a taste.
Now this guy has both, money and great taste unlike nouveau riche athletes
If only all Singaporeans speak like this guy. Great annunciation, concise and not janky like typical singlish.
Subltle crash 😏
Brother with Quran and good watches :)
